Poor customer service, they do not give out drop off receipts which is a simple request that every other place I've been do does. How else do we get proof that the package was dropped off? Ridiculous.

Passport photo service is a joke. 2x2 photo one side is too long, the other is too short. Brightness is completely off. Went to a different store and got a real passport photo taken for cheaper

This location (52 Church Street) recently moved (previously 2 Toronto Street). We received absolutely no notification of the move. We showed up at the previous location one day and saw the sign on the door. We were offered nothing for the inconvenience and after trying to cancel our box (because the move defeated our purpose of having the box/address in the first place), we were told that there would be no refund or even a partial refund. Unfortunately, we made the BIG mistake of paying for 3 years in advance. I contacted head office to dispute the matter and got no where with them either. Very unethical and unfair way of doing business. It's unfortunate that UPS doesn't have more competition.

I'm writing this to express my deep dissatisfaction with the UPS services. I have entrusted them with the delivery of my parcel( tracking id- 1Z63XV820415027934) but unfortunately the parcel has been misplaced and while tracking the parcel it's showing it got delivered. When I contacted their customer service several times to do inquiry about the state and raising investigation about my parcel, but to no avail I'm extremely disappointed that UPS has not taken any initiative to investigate this matter which has caused me significant inconvenience and loss. I request those who are reading this please don't trust UPS, go with some other courier services. Worst experience ever

We went there to take passport size photos for a US visa, and the person in charge said he knows what the requirements are. First, he didn't stamp/sign with date behind the photo. Second, turns out the dimensions of the physical photos he gave us were a bit larger (not the required size) and the photos were not cut "squarely" either. All edges were wonky. Highly unprofessional work and I'd suggest to not waste money here with passport photos.

I placed a package delivery last week but there's a mistake with the address, so I requested to have the item returned to the store. I called to check today and Charles helped find it. And he sent a request of refund for me. Thank you for the services and great customer service!

I was using the UPS location in Yorkville for 3 years with no problems. However, I sent a package last December and some of its content were stolen. A gold coin and a large silver coin were taken from their boxes so the 2 empty boxes along with the rest of contents were delivered. I told the store manager but he stated that the coins were there when they closed the package in the store. He gave me an 800 number to call. It has been 3 months and I have not received any explanation, apology or compensation. Either someone at the UPS store took them or one of the UPS employees opened the package on its way and helped themselves to the contents. The theft would have been less obvious if they had taken the coins with the boxes that they came in. In future, I'll use Canada Post.

This is the second time they lost my package , very bad reputation on my business. They dont take responsibility, they keep pushing you to purchase insurance which costs hundreds of dollars which my small business can not afford considering I ship minimum ten package daily.The owner is very arrogant and unashamed person blames client for not purchasing insurance instead of taking responsibility for loss of my package. His drivers left the package in front of a building with thousand of units..instead of looking for the name of the client. Of course no one paying for my loss..Never ever use this location again. Its a shame that people like this own franchise of UPS and being a bad reputation for the company...Leda Oymakas

Don’t use this store. I dropped off a 500$ package to abdel (staff) and it just disappeared. I should’ve checked the reviews because it’s not the first time it’s happened here. Stay away

I find this UPS location the most efficient. Thanks to the rockstar there with long hair (sorry didnt ask your name) who helped me ship the package. He was super busy but took care of each customer.
