I visited the store on Friday, November 14, to mail a package. It was my first time mailing at this location.
All staff were friendly and helpful. I was greeted warmly and promptly.
I also liked the daisy pen🌼🖊️at the counter; it brought me joy after a long day of work.
I would like to express my special thanks to the representative who wore glasses. I wasn’t sure about his name, but my receipt showed that the cashier was “Ali”. I can tell he was very knowledgeable and handled my document with care.

AVOID THIS PLACE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PACKAGE. These people straight up stole my package and have no record of it even being scanned in, its been over a week. I called and they said they sometimes change the tracking number...I then called UPS directly and they said thats not something they do. So thats just an excuse, no one does that. Avoid this place, they do not take accountability for their blatant theft.
