Today I was at the doors for 9am (which is the time stated on the website, google and their door that they’d be open) - and they weren’t. I called 3 times and it wasn’t until 9:15am when the woman working here slowly opened up the shop and proceeded to tell me it’s my fault for not being able to come at 1pm to pick up my package when she was the one who opened up late.This location is a dumpster fire of unprofessionalism and this behaviour is completely unacceptable.

My primary issue is with the location of this UPS store. There is no in and out parking. For those of us who are not walking distance from the store, it’s a hassle. Somehow recently all my UPS packages end up there. I couldn’t be less happy about it. While the employees (Sima and Mohsen) are generally not customer service oriented and somehow seem to always be on the phone negotiating with customers, I’ve always gotten my packages handed to me, which in itself is worthy of 2 stars as some other reviewers weren’t as fortunate.

The location has changed, it is no longer near the Yonge and Eglinton mall, but close to Mount Pleasant and Eglinton. Same staff.

I just a really bad experience at this store. There was a really mean man that treated me poorly as a customer. I was about to send something but that awful attitude did not inspire me trust. I’ve read other reviews and maybe they changed staff recently because this man was just awful. I live nearby and I totally discard going there ever again and please attention to who you are hiring for customer service.

I really do not understand all of the negative reviews posted on this site for this particular UPS store located at Yonge and Eglinton. The owners seemed very patient, polite, and above all helpful.

Perhaps I got lucky with the people that served me, but these people went out of their way to help me ship a large and clunky engineering project. 10/10 service. I could tell that these people really cared about me and my package.

I wish I read the reviews before entering the store. And I wish there’s an option of no star or minus star for reviewing.Attitude is so so, horrible horrible picture taking skill and setting. DO NOT TAKE PASSPORT PHOTOS HERE, DO NOT TAKE ANY PHOTO HERE!!Charging $20 for digital and $20 for hard copy, not even slightly touch up the photo and the lighting and background are horrible. How come you can charge that much for such service and product?????

I kid you not, the slowest humans work here. If you’re familiar with the movie Zootooia and the scene with the sloths at the DMV, you can get the gist of the experience here.We always feel so annoyed.

I had a bad feeling dropping off my package at this location after reading all the reviews but still decided to go for it as I was running out of time and this one was on my way to another errand. When I got to the store, it was 6:15pm, 15 minutes before closing and the door was already locked, giving the impression the owner did not want to work. He unlocked the door and let me in and gave my package to the cashier. They did not scan it in front of me and prompted me to take a picture of the return label. when I asked for them to scan so to receive my confirmation receipt, he said there is no such thing as a receipt and said that's why he said to take a picture. My package is supposed to go to the US and has not made a single movement in over a week. This would never happen at the UPS store near my house but it just wasn't on the way this time. I regret not leaving my package there because I would now be relieved instead of anxious if they lost my package or forgot to ship it out. After I left, he locked the door again when another customer had tried to go in. Seriously, the guy doesn't even want to work. He's just banking on his location being at a prime location at yonge and eglinton.UPDATE: ups confirmed package has been lost and there was no movement since the day after package was dropped off at the location. i couldn’t even file for an investigation and the retailer i purchased my products from had to and i was lucky enough to get a refund but this could have gone another way and i could have lost my entire purchase amount.
