If I could give a negative star rating I would. The women who works there at the front desk, is rude, has no care about her job, has no customer relations and doesn't do much to assist you. We dropped off a package at the store, which was locked upon arrival during store hours and we had to wait for her to come to the locked to door to take the package. She took the package from my husbands hand but never bothered to scan it in. After a couple days of noticing it not scanned in my husband called the store to inquire where she rudely hung up due to the fact she said she had a store customer! He then drove there to confront her after she rudely hung up the phone and did not bother to assist or look in the store rather she just used the phrase "call customer service". Unfortunately UPS can't even file a claim without an initial scan of the package and therefore I can't get anywhere to figure out a resolution. UPS please look at how your system is dysfunctional in this regard! If there is no scan, they can't do anything, if your employee doesn't help and says customer service, how does a customer get anywhere? Please install camera's because for all I know she is enjoying my $300 brand new jacket on me!DON'T SUPPORT THAT STORE!!!

I’m leaving this review following my 3rd visit to this UPS store. I was so pleased with my first visit that I have been back 2 more times since then.The young gentleman working there (Hadi) helped me on all 3 occasions and I find him to be extremely helpful and polite. He is probably the best employee I have come across so far, and I have had many many interactions with various UPS stores and their staff.Hadi is very knowledgeable, always smiling, and he always goes above and beyond!This location is my new go-to.

Whatever you do, do not use this location, unless you want to be treated like dirt. The customer service is just non existent there, let alone the mess all around. I spent almost half an hour waiting for an agent and they were deliberately ignoring me, after interrupting me mid-word, when I was already reading out the tracking number.. and then nothing, not even sorry. Two agents in the shop seemed totally oblivious that I was even there. Eventually I just left, without my package .. Absolutely out of order - even one star is too much to give.

When receiving a valuable parcel, the woman at the desk tried at length to deny delivery. Despite producing all the required identification. She only released the parcel after having both the sender and myself argue with her about the delivery. It was a theft attempt...only after taking her picture did she relinquish my parcel. Worst experience I have ever had at a UPS store.

———————CAUTION————————I personally don’t recommend this store.If you are not planning to take insurance on the parcel..please dont send any parcels through this store. Even if its amazon return. I dropped off an amazon return package and the store guy acted(communicated) very well . Later i received a tracking number for the parcel. The next day it said the parcel was delivered to amazon return center.But later the amazon returm center sent a confirmation email stating its not deliverd. When i reached the store he said its delivered and now he cannot do anything about it. Then i requested a claim on the UPS portal because the product amount is huge(its an Ipad) and the claim got approved. But they need some documentation from store regarding the tracking details. When i reached the store he acted he was very busy to send the documents.Tried calling multiple times but he will comeup with a regular excuse that he is waiting for a reply from UPS and completely uncooperative. Its been 7months and i contacted UPS corporate office regarding this and they tried to pull some docs and they sent mail that package was lost and not insured and they are trying their best for the solution. Its been a month and no reply from them too. I dont know how can a person a take insurance on amazon returing package which cost morethan 300 bucks based on product value.If your planning to send a parcel please dont choose UPS or this store for expensive products. Even their corporate office wont help and cannot complain on the store aswell.

If you go to pick up a package and the tracking is not showing up on the computer, ask them to check the recent deliveries! Went to pick up my package on a Friday and the system couldn’t find my package. Dude told me to come back on Monday. I left for 10 mins and went back to get him to recheck. The first package he picks up on the floor to check is my package. At least he was nice but even I would’ve checked the recent deliveries before telling someone to come back another day haha.

Attending and doing business with the UPS Store on Belsize in Toronto is truly a wonderful experience. The gentleman who tends to the preparation of deliveries and pick-ups is an absolute pleasure. He is delightfully and refreshingly polite, proficient, friendly and has a remarkable memory in recognizing his return clientele. Everything is completed in an extremely timely fashion and with excellent attention to detailed instructions. I highly recommend this location for all your delivery, passport photos and more needs.

This review should have zero (0) stars. The store owner at this location leaves much, if not everything, to be desired. Despite his insistence on bragging about his wealth as grounds for providing stunningly atrocious service, I'm honestly unsure how his store manages to generate anything resembling a sustainable income. Management methods appear to range from not understanding basic civil laws regarding theft and property rights, through to blatant discrimination and harassment of customers. This individual is a literal case study in how not to run a business, interact with customers, or be a half decent human being. While I realize this is a franchise location - it quite honestly is putting the entire UPS brand at risk. It would be in corporate's best interest to reacquire this store and cut their losses.

I've been to this location a few times now and have been happy with the smooth and seamless experience. The location itself is clean and easy to find. Employees were also very helpful as I'm not very familiar with the process of sending packages.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My folks and I had to go in to pick up a macbook I need for college and the guy at the counter (I believe it was Hadi) yelled at us after telling us we couldn't take it due to "store policy." Said everything we had was invalid to pick it up, and he couldn't do anything about it and refused to offer help as to what to do. We contacted Apple and the next day, the Macbook got delivered to our house and the delivery person actually rung the doorbell. Needless to say, avoid this store as best as you can. The owners do not care, are rude and unhelpful, and I'm convinced they intended to steal my laptop before they got scared by Apple.

Best service of all the ups I’ve been to! Hadi is incredible friendly, knowledgeable, and the staff. Highly recommend coming here, you won’t be disappointed. Ignore the bad reviews, you get what you give :).

Store owner Hadi is very rude, he raised his voice at a mother and child trying to get passport photos. The mother couldn’t get a picture because the baby was so upset. Very unprofessional.

For some reason… the owner of the store Hadi is very verbally aggressive and seems way too stressed out to be running a store! Will not be coming back to this location!!!

Customer service was okay, the entire store is so messy you can barely walk inside and the store reeks of rotten eggs and other things.

Went to pick up my package from this address. I was speaking to the woman at the desk when Hadi came out from the back and asked me what my problem was and accused me of yelling. The woman who I was speaking to told Hadi that I wanst yelling or being rude. Yet he continued to be aggressive and accusatory infront of customers as well.Telling me I should tell the drivers to stop bringing him packages and to deliver them. This store should be shut down or Hadi should be fired. Extremely rude and not helpful to get aggressive with customers espcially when he doesnt know what the situation is and it is non existent.
