Who knew? As my wife walked up to BWV to hunt for a print shop, she went into the UPS store at 2100 Bloor West and asked if they could print copies of her handmade Xmas card. They were extremely competent, professional, friendly, and fast.
She was thrilled with the job they did. The colours are brilliant and true, the sizing is exact, and they even folded the printed cards for her.
She recommends this local UPS store to anyone who needs copies of a hand-created card.

Super helpful and informative staff with shipping a package of camping gear back to the States. Understood all of the forms necessary and were very patient through the process.

Made dark visa photo, and were rude. Very expensive.
Update: I said that the photo is to dark, and the employee said that I should increase the brightness on my phone (even though it was 80% bright). No one offered to make a retake.
The photo attached is the comparison of the photo I made in another studio and on the right is the UPS store’s photo. You can clearly see how dark the photo on the right is. It’s insane to take 30 dollars for that.

I have had many good experiences shipping packages internationally at this location. The staff and specifically Nabila are very knowledgeable and are exceptional at communicating about prices, customs, insurance etc.
Nabila carefully reviews shipping details on site and even called me to give an update on the shipment status with two important packages that I sent. I trust this business with my most important shipments and my experiences have been friendly and helpful.

Rude lady. Looked like the owner of that franchise. Never been to a ups where they charge me tape. Also yelling at her employees while being on the phone. Cmon lady. Be a professional.

I needed a passport photo, and I always feel rushed and embarrassed when I get government ID photos done. Amir, and Nabila made sure I was comfortable and went above and beyond to make sure the photo would meet requirments so that no one's time or money was wasted.
