Aamir was incredibly helpful and efficient taking my passport photos on a whim as well as organizing and printing a package to be shipped. He even let my dog come in with me during the process. I love having this spot so accessible in the neighbourhood! They do everything!

Usually I hate UPS stores in general... But this one is way better than any UPS store I've been to. Nabila!!!... She is the best. Went there to print out a CV and she didn't even charge me for it. And wished good luck for my interview as well. I know Canadians are known for their hospitality but Nabila is the best example for it. People like her makes me fall in love with this country even more.... 💕🍁.

The couple who owns this place are angels. I had to ship my ex’s stuff back to him in the United States as fast as possible. They helped me through the long, complicated process. They stayed for 45 minutes after the regular closing time to help me securely wrap things and go through all the paperwork. They brought me a bottle of water and gave me a place to sit. All while being extremely kind, caring and helpful. 10/10 customer experience I hope I will never have to go through again. Thanks so much to these guys.
