The person who helped us this morning was so kind, even at 9 am. I chose this ups exactly for this reason based on the reviews I read and it turned out better than I imagined, while waiting for the copies of my documents we had a nice chat, thanks Martin :)

Martin is the best.. this guy goes above and beyond to help all the customers that come into this UPS location. He’s kind considerate and knowledgeable about everything under the sun pertaining to delivery and shipping! 10/10

A lovely man by the name of Martin helped me today. Very kind and knowledgable - he clarified instructions for a return I was making that the supplier didn't initially share. Would highly recommend the services provided at this location.
