the blonde woman sales associate is not a very welcoming person, not unless you’re spending thousands, then she’ll make small talk and smile. no matter what your client is purchasing, you should always be kind and try to make them feel comfortable, not stay silent with your eyes wide open the whole time. very weird

Not a luxury brand, they make cheap jewelry and have terrible customer service. Sure there is a facade of luxury when you walk in, but the kindness vanishes when you tell them you need a repair (which is inevitable). My pearl earrings broke less than six months after purchase. I was nearly ushered out the store because the woman thought I was trying to replace (not repair) one earring. After finally repeating what I needed several times, I was then told the repair would cost $100+tax because it was my fault… I take very good care of my things and am certain it broke because ut was improperly glued. Worse still, I had left my earrings at the store and later declined the repair (on principle) and then the store person stopped responding to my emails. I had to go in store again to follow up, and then again to pick up my earrings (which were still broken). This whole ordeal took 4 months! I am never buying anything from this cheap brand again.

Had a great shopping experience, April was able to pull a few pieces I was interested in and set them aside for me when I stopped by. I would definitely buy from this location again.

i came with my tiffany heart tag bracelet which had the clasp broken to far open. suzanne kindly took it upstairs and fixed it. thank you suzanne!!

Very accommodating and thoughtful. With fast communication. Simon at this boutique is wonderful to work with. I’ve been to many Tiffany boutiques all over the world, cannot recommend Simon enough.
