The Tire Butler team are incredible. They are extremely knowledgeable and able to diagnose and fix problems quickly. I was freaking out driving with a tire that was slowly leaking. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a smile and assurance it would be ok. Thank you Tire Butler for saving my tire and my sanity!

Profesional operation they got here. Had an issue with some tires I bought at Canadian Tire. CT was unable to properly balance my wheels and tires after bringing it back 3 times.Reached out to Vi at Tire Butler to see if they could help. From the first point of contact they were able to give me piece of mind that they had the skills and more importantly proper equipment to balance my wheels and tires.Appointment was made, 30 mins later I have wheels and tires that don't wobble and shake my steering wheel.Thank you Tire Butler and your amazing team, next time I just come to you for tires and get it done right the first time.

Very good and knowledgeable staff. I had the pleasure of working with Vi. He walked me through the process, assisted in choosing which tire would be best for the vehicle and even went as far as helping me decide on rims.Justin also assisted in organizing an emergency call for a damaged tire. Very helpful and thorough.

The best service!! Alex and Luca so kindly helped me with a flat tire. Stopped what they were doing in the pouring rain to go above and beyond! They spotted a nail in my tire within seconds. Took the tire off, fixed everything up, filled all my tires with air and I was off within 10 minutes. Saved me a lot of running around and they were so kind and happy to help. Tire Butler is lucky to have them as employees!! I would and will recommend this company to anyone. Genuinely really nice guys! Thank you for your kindness and expertise.

Had a mobile interior detailing done recently, the crew showed up on time and did an excellent job even though the trunk was literally covered in dog hair! The ease and quality of their service is top notch, I'm one very happy customer :)

I received really superb and friendly service today from mobile tire technician Tylor Pitts who swapped the tires on my Tesla Model 3. The work was performed in a very efficient manner and was completed in no time flat. I really appreciated Tylor going the extra mile by bringing his truck up a narrow laneway to my rear facing garage and then retrieving the other set of tires from an adjacent storage closet. Tire Butler's mobile service is a great concept that is worth every penny and their technicians know how to work with Teslas which have special considerations which need to be taken into account when jacking so as not to damage the battery on the underside of the car.
