I'm not sure who I dealt with regarding my VSS (she signed it JG). But she was an absolute dream to deal with over the phone. Some of the best customer service I've dealt with in my life. Incredibly accommodating with my situation and one of the friendliest people I've encountered regarding law enforcement

I had an issue regarding a call I made to the authorities, but went wrong. I spoke to a very helpful constable on labour day who explained calmly and was patient with my concern. They were throuough with province mandate laws & answered all of my questions without rushing. I truly appreciated the resolved issue.
