This company is terrible. Even after they make a mistake, they still force you to pay. Stay away from them. All they want is the money from your pocket . I will give them 0 star if I can

We called this Insurance Group looking for a broker. Even before we had chance to ask them for a broker, they told us to talk to our broker and immediately hung up on us! We don't HAVE a broker, that's why we were calling them! It was the single, rudest phone call anyone ever had to take. It's just simple etiquette and they can't even deliver. No wonder their reviews are astronomically poor. If there's a a way to put 0 stars, they would get it!

I reported a significant claim on February 13th 2022. I am know on my 4th claims adjuster.The service is nothing what the web site claims to be. It’s been the most unprofessional group of people that I have ever met.One of the adjusters even told me how understaffed they are, that they can’t do the work properly. Lots of third party people hired to due what they can’t. Service and communication are terrible.If you have another option, choose that option.This company is just plain bad and incapable of providing the services that I over pay them for.If no stars were an option, I would choose that option.

They tripled the price on insurance on me after being a customer for 5 years. Took 3 days of constant phone calls to get a response. Would not recommend whatsoever.

Paid for policy, coverage not in place, and 1 hour after payment made, they refused to send refund as a $400 retainer was kept on file with Totten Insurance Group Inc.This retainer is a lot, especially during COVID for a small business, and they decided to keep it even though times are tough.Every future person asking about commercial insurance or residential will be given my experience in full, and will ensure they go out of their way to find another competitor who is reasonable with their terms.DO NOT USE TOTTEN GROUP! They work with Zensurance. Both companies are blacklisted from my future business, indefinitely.Update:Below this comment Totten Group makes an attempt at saying this issue is “Resolved”. Quite the contrary.They hadn’t done anything and 2 weeks after payment, they have yet to provide any notice of the policy being in place. Not too professional!Guess they’re just good at keeping your money when you need it the most these days. #StayHome #StayAwayFromTotten
