We just rented a 13x13 unit here. The space is clean, bright, and friendly with excellent security. The office staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The rates are competitive with the chain storage companies. I'd give them six stars out of five, if it were possible!!

Tower Storage, or their face Angela, is helpful, kind , fair and accommodating. We’ve rented and stored stuff there two times. Angela seemed willing to bend over backwards to make us happy. Just now I emptied the locker but a couple days after the end of the month and Angie doesn’t do the whole, ”sorry but we don’t rent for parts of the month...” or some now-“normal” money grab. Instead she just asked where the refund should be sent and should the refund go to the company or me personally. Their price was very competitive too.Lovely family owned business.

I've been renting storage from them for about three years now. Their customer service is exceptional and I've never had a bad experience there. It's easily accessible by TTC if you don't have a vehicle, and there are tons of hand trucks, carts, and dollies available to move stuff from your unit to the loading areas. It's kept very clean and easy to work with.

Despite some previously good reviews, I’m left with a very different experience. After making an appointment to sign the rental agreement, I came to the office to find it closed for an hour. Finally the guy turned up, and after looking at the unit, he informed that I couldn’t get it before next week, as he didn’t know how to do the paperwork! I told him about the agreement made by email and that I already informed them that I need it in two days (Sunday), he called me a layer, told me that I could always come back Monday, and then he walked away.Worst Service I have ever experienced in Toronto.
