Whenever my little one needs new clothes my first thought is to pop by this lovely store. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind and items are very reasonably priced. You can often find brand new clothes with tags on priced way lower than they retail even when on clearance. Items are always in good condition.

Love this place - so much variety, both pre-loved and new things available, and if you bring in stuff for consignment, it's a lovely surprise to get a "discount" on your next purchase. I probably got at least a couple hundred dollars back over the years. So glad this store is in my neighborhood!

A local gem. They sell an incredible array of curated children’s clothing, toys and gear. Always in fabulous condition - they are very particular about what they accept.
I’ve been taking my daughter’s gently used items there for years. I faithfully take outgrown items every season and am rewarded each time with a cheque or store credit.
I feel great supporting a female owned local business, and knowing items will get a second life instead of ending up in landfill. I use any money earned towards clothes or gear my daughter may need. Win-win!

I’ve been meaning to post this for a while now: I will forever be thankful for the kind and knowledgeable staff who helped my husband out after our daughter was born.We were not expecting our baby to be arriving for a while yet and - though we had the larger items/furniture and baby hygiene items we’d need already - we didn’t have anywhere close to everything required for when baby came home.Well, things changed quickly for us after a routine checkup turned into an agressive induction and then an emergency c-section (don’t worry - baby is fine now, thankfully!).While I was still in hospital recovering from the c-section, and learning about taking proper care of my little one (she is my first baby), I begged my husband to go stock us up on the things we were missing. At the time I thought I was being clear, but I also hadn’t slept in two days and was on pain medication so… let’s just say he was left a bit confused on what to buy.Anyway, the wonderful staff at Twice As Nice took my very stressed-out and sleep-deprived husband under their wings and set him up well: adorable onesies (in the correct sizes!), tiny hats, swaddles (which he didn’t know existed until that moment haha), a very soft bath towel, burp cloths, and basically everything we were missing and needed at that point in time! It was a huge help to us, and I have been giving them our business ever since. Thanks, ladies!

Welcomed with a smile by the super friendly staff, products are in excellent condition, highly recommend especially since kids grow so quickly, why spend $$$ on brand new things that you'll have to re buy in 3 months?

Twice As Nice is a wonderful local business on St Clair Avenue West, with lovely staff. I don’t think there is anything wrong with what they are doing asking for 5 Star Reviews Alexander. Clearly you have never shopped there or you wouldn’t have felt the need for the spiteful 1 Star review for this very common practice in retail stores.

Great experience here, Kimble was extremely kind and helpful and the store had a wide variety of useful things. We managed to pick up a pair of skates for my son at a reasonable price. Would come back and recommend to others.

I just learned from one of the reviews for your place that the owners name is Nicole and Her. Her along with her staff are some of the kindest people on the planet that I have ever met. By the way I'm a 13 year old who likes to pop in from time to time and buy a train from them. The prices are great for some stuff that has been existing since 1992, some stuff I've always wanted has been there, and a small part of my train collection is just from them alone. The Items I've bought range from being from 1992 to all the way to this day! They even know me by name due to how many times I've been there and I've only been shopping there since September of last year. Though I have never been offered a discount, I can understand due to them being a small thrift shop which sells kids stuff and I'm a 13 year old boy who still likes Thomas the Tank engine. I highly recommend you go to the store if you need something that isn't an Ipad for your child or your a collector like me who happens to stubble across this like me on September of last year which was at the time of me writing this 2023 was last year. I will be going back for many many more years and who knows when I'll stop. I hope it's never. Nicole. I wish you the best of luck in your small like thrift shop which I happen to love.

Expensive; selling used items at the same retail sticker price.(edit as response to the owner: Yes, it was a "new" puzzle that they were selling it at the original sticker price. They're right; it's not worth $5 to make a 1-star review. They should have priced their items appropriately for a thrift store)

Nicole and her staff were super friendly and welcoming! We came in just before closing and had a chance to check out a lot of great stuff. She even offered an additional discount at the checkout! Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend to anyone searching for discounted kids items - and some neat collectibles for adults too!
