U-Haul has been fantastic. Other rental places do not have an in place Service protocol that compares to the smooth and streamlined U-Haul methods.Other rental places do not compare.Anytime I need a moving vehicle there's just one place that's first place.

Service has improved significantly. Christian is courteous and knowledgeable. Had a glitch with the pc but got my trailer hooked up quickly. Way to go Uhaul! Keep hiring great people.

If you plan on...or are forced to deal with this location, please be hyper vigilant & aware that they are to be watched!! Watch every fee...be aware of the condition of the rental...take your own pics.. go over the vehicle. Protect yourself because its necessary at this location. Do not just tap and pay coz of stress and wanting to get on with your move...make sure you look over your contract and make them honour the quote. I had a very unhappy experience with this location..this one in approximately 12 uhaul rentals in 1year, that I've had a bad experience and been overcharged, treated like a stranger, not a customer, and then subjected to rude, silly responses from this locations staff.Watch em like a HAWK

It was not organized at all. I had to wait 40 mins to talk to someone. And then they made me run around in circles as none of them had the keys. And then I got another truck which had no fuel at all. I returned it with 1/4 filled up as I had to make a long distance trip and I was not compensated for bringing the truck 1/4 filled up compared to having no fuel at all when I picked it up. Would never deal with Uhaul again. Disastrous service over all.

Reserved at 1 locations 3 days prior. 3 hours before pick up moved to another location. self serve check in would not work properly. Would not accept photo of drivers license. Had to go inside and wait 35 minutes , so really not a time saver. Inside of truck needs to be cleaned. Front windshield needs to be cleaned. Had to clean it myself. Not a very easier time saving experience.

I did a reservation thru main office for towing hitch parts and drove more than an hour from Oshawa to Toronto since the whole package was not available at Oshawa Uhaul. When I get there at the store the customer service played ignorant and seemed like don’t know anything about the reservation telling me sorry the parts were here this morning but don’t know if they are shipped to other customers. I would say this store got zero customer service and very irresponsible. Uhaul need to look after these junk franchisers and not waste peoples time and money! Very bad experience from this store.

AVOID THIS LOCATION BEAWARE: if there is a 0 star I would give them.. These guys are scammers and will charge your credit card for things you never asked for example Dolly and cleaning fee.. the lady at the front desk has no clue what a customer service means she will hand you the key and you have to figure out the rest. she will not get out of her lazy chair to go outside to show you the truck or how to proceed thinking we are experts in renting. PLEASE BEWARE OF EXTRA CHARGES THEY CHARGE AFTER YOU RETURN THE TRUCK.

When I first arrived to pick up my truck the girl who greeted me was a total sweetheart and helped me from the get go with no issues. Very happy with her customer service, she also was the same girl who processed my transaction when I dropped the truck off and I was very pleased.However, when I came to drop the truck off firstly— a blue haired girl sat behind the counter looking at her phone and aggressively bouncing her leg. I walked up and waited for her to finished looking at her tik toks. She says “what you need?” I said “hi how are you today? I’m just dropping off this truck” and she goes “keys” and I didn’t hear her because her face was still inside her phone screen and I asked “sorry? “ and she said “KEYS” very aggressively and then when I passed them to her she snatched them and got up and went outside.Absolutely the RUDEST women I’ve ever had a single ounce of experience with. Not sure she needs that job. She certainly isn’t acting like she appreciates it.

This was second time i rented 10ft truck from UHaul and again service was excellant. The lady at the counter was so nice and polite. Customer service was great. I returned the equipment almost an hour late but I was not billed for that, thanks to Uhaul and the people you have at the front.I don't know if UHaul does it but equipment should be senitized after every return especially the handles, seats, door nobs etc.Thanks,RK

Service om returm was ok. Bur vehicle was very old with over 200k kms done. Shaken on the road and did not have a power to pull. The service person listened to the loud music of some singer who was every 2nd word swearing (was hard to talk). Our morning booking was canceled and time changed without our consent

I reserved online there was alot of chaos I didn’t get my uhaul at given time then they changed the location then there was no proper management adress is different, parked vehicle somewhere different, key was on different side. Totally chaos not recommended.

I am really questioning their customer service model.Why did I need to talk to a person if they are going to make me follow a self serve process: scan my own license, register my own information. Pretty pointless having customer service!Furthermore, customer service did not take initiative or provide information unless prompted. How many people book a U-Haul truck regularly and are familiar with the process! They could have been a little more informative.The furniture dolly requested during booking was not available at the time of pickup. This was really inconvenient and made my task more difficult. They did give me an appliance dolly but it wasn't suitable ultimately and they should have thrown it in for free but again that's a lack of customer service.Self serve at return was quite the hassle. Another inconsiderate customer left their returned truck in the middle of the driveway, not properly parked, forcing me to go around the other way and awkwardly back into a spot. This cost me a lot of time and stress. Again, perhaps if customer service had provided better instructions about dropping off the rental maybe this wouldn't be a problem. Or perhaps, this is just on some inconsiderate people.The truck itself was ok. Compared to other services there were no fastening straps inside the truck so you have to pack it tight to ensure nothing bounces around.The self serve process is very efficient but only if you are a regular customer. I don't think I will use U-Haul again for moving as this experience left me even more stressed. I'm only now finding out that this is the norm for U-Haul.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!+1 on really really bad customer service.Had an appointment scheduled online and paid for 2pm. At 12:28pm, received a refund on my charges. I called the location 1:30pm to see what happened and if my appointment was cancelled. They said I didn't show up, and my scheduled time was 1pm (why refund before that, then????)I tried to reschedule, and the cost was double the one I had paid.A rude guy argued with me, against all the proof I had, email confirmation and order paid, saying I didn't show up. I told him multiple times my confirmation said 2pm he then said: "well, you are not here".Cleary people at this location are focused on making money at any cost and do not care about customer service. I will be complaining to U-Haul corporate.
