I really enjoyed with shopping experience on Saturday, November 2, 2024 with Shirley & Doris. They were kind and informative. Showed me all options in items I was interested in. It’s because of them that I will continue to shop at this location.

DORIS IS PHENOMENAL! I recently called in to this location to buy one of the bath robes. Doris attended to me promptly over the phone and texted me right away when she found the item and even put it on hold for me. When I arrived at the store she attended to me and had the item packaged and ready to go. She even provided me with cards as the item was a birthday gift.
Doris really provides the best customer service and Versace Yorkdale should be happy to have her.

I would like to personally thank Dorris for all of her help on 08/03/2024. As I was shopping, my dress straps broke down and Dorris allowed me to wait in the change room while she took my dress and sewed it back up herself. She accommodated me with a bottle of water and a bathrobe (which I think I will come back for soon lol) while I waited for the dress to be fixed.
Thank you so much, Dorris, for helping me out. This was a memorable experience.

Wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to Doris!
During our store visit my daughter had a wardrobe malfunction when the straps of her dress accidentally broke off. Doris offered her to use a change room while she stitched the straps back.
Incredible customer service and a very kind human being! 🙏🏻☺️

I have been a loyal customer at this Versace location for years. Never until today have I had a bad experience with any of the staff or products. However, today I was treated with extreme disrespect and attitude by the sales rep Dale. I am disgusted by the way I was talked to and will never return to this location again. To the management team - train your staff on how to talk to customers, especially those who have spent 10s of thousands of dollars at your store. You have lost a long time customer because of Dale.
Other than that, Mary the manager is very helpful and all of the products are great.

Called this location to see it they had an item available before coming into the store.First call: phone taken off hook and placed down so I can hear sales associates conversation but no one spoke on the line.Second call: phone rung continuously with no answer.Third call: line disconnected.I ordered the item online. I do not have time for games. The customer service here from my previous experiences is abysmal.

Just got two Versace odissea metallic (purple and grey) sneakers. We absolutely love these. Thankful to Doris at Yorkdale Versace for being so patient, friendly and helpful. Totally recommend her for an excellent shopping experience at this store.

On 20-11-23 went to store. Want to buy a newly launched loafers. And the lady told me they only have 3 sizes which are 11,12,13. And i told her i just want to check my size so i can buy it online. Then she bring the size 7 which is shotter from my size 8. I just felt she doesn’t want to sell them to me. And the behaviour was also not so welcoming.
