They know their stuff and offer great recommendations and advice. The store is a tiny bit tight but provides treats and specific, hard-to-find items not seen elsewhere. A highly appreciated service is their same-day local delivery. The owners are personable, welcoming, and helpful, taking a genuine interest in their customers, both human and animal. They also offer incredible recommendations for in-home pet care and services. Customers feel lucky to have this welcoming shop in the neighbourhood.
It was my first time here to pick up some cat treat for the last time before saying goodbye to my beloved cat. The nice lady, assuming the owner, was very helpful and kind. I love this shop! And the owners are so wonderful to Scout. I just wish they carried 'Taste of the wild' dog food, and this place would be perfect for me
