Absolutely the best local pet shop in Toronto! Great products and variety. But it’s the open, welcoming vibe (pups are welcome) and deeply knowledgeable and friendly staff that make it a five-star business. Bonus points for not upselling, but instead helping you make smart choices for your pupper. The owner’s authentically care about your pet. They have our business from here on out!

It’s so nice to have a locally owned business in the area run by people who care. The sweet couple who runs this shop are always so helpful and personable. When my cat was suffering lesions on her chin and there was a long wait for the vet, the owners recommended us an antibiotic cream that cleared up the issue right away and saved a vet trip! We’re thankful to have this shop in our area :)

So caring and helpful! I love that when I’m in a pinch I can call them up and they’ll deliver the dog food same day. Also, my dog is obsessed with this place and drags me here any chance he gets.

I love this pet shop so much! It has the specific type of food I need for my cats. In fact Ruth recommended the food as I have a cat that has sensitivities and it has worked great! This place is run by super friendly people that go out of their way to help.

Extremely helpful with advice, excellent selection, they're amazing with my dog and always incredibly friendly. Also free local delivery!!!!!! We love WAG! My dog walks me to their shop every time we are on the Danforth.

Great staff!!! Knowledgeable and friendly. They treat my dogs as family. A very welcoming shop, with an excellent selection of products. Highly recommend Wag to any pet owners. I've happily been a customer there for more than 5 years. Nothing but positive & helpful interactions.
