This is a very friendly place for shopping high end shoes!! Located on a busy intersection of Yonge St and Sherwood, parking are side streets and sometimes easy to find.. (patience is a virtue) Prices for their shoes are reasonable and the staff are highly knowledgeable and very HELPFUL. I came in to return something and regardless of the indicated time of return, they honoured the old transaction and so I ended up buying more instead of returning one… their service is second to none. Let’s go shop!!

Been to this store 3 times. Selection is amazing. Service not so much. Always feel patronized. 5 stars for shoes. 2 stars for staff.

Shoe shopping is incredibly challenging for me, especially as I live in a different province with few options. When I walked into Walking On A Cloud, I was beyond ecstatic to find lots of options and fabulous customer service. Ashil at the Queen St. East location is AMAZING, he knows his shoes and he understands all the important things about fitting, especially for people with 'challenging' feet. You won't find better service anywhere, honestly. It's hard these days to find people who know the product, Ashil exceeded all expectations and helped me find several pairs of lovely and comfortable sandals. I'm going home happy and will definitely return!!

Could I give zero? Went in to look for a pair of Timberland boots. Waited at the desk as I did not see the boots I wanted on the wall. This young man finally approached me. I showed him the boots and asked if they had them or if they could order them for me? What are they? If we do not carry them, then we cannot order them. I could not remember the name, so I said I would look it up. He walked off. When I finally found them on the timberland website, he said, did you check our website? It was the attitude and disdain with which he spoke to me, which made me say. Thank you for your help and I walked out. I am someone who hates shopping, so when I go to a store and buy my timberland boots; I buy four to five pairs at once, so I do not have to go back for a while. My interaction with this young man made me regret ever going into this store. Go somewhere where you are treated with dignity and respect and spend your money there. That is my advice to Toronto. Walking on a cloud has lost any attempt to have my business. Thank you.My advice go to circle shoes where they know how to treat customers.

Visited on March 25. When I entered the store, there were two other costumers. I started looking at the shoes, I found a single shoe from "El Naturista", I walked toward the sales lady, and asked her, where was the display for el Naturista, because I couldn't find it. The sales lady, responded in a rude/unfriendly manner, that is the only one we have. Wow, I thought. I better stop asking questions. My friend then asked for the washroom, the sales lady responded, there is none here,(?) Oh ok, my friend had to go across the street to a coffee shop to use the facilities. I tried few shoe styles, I purchased two pairs. After spending $450, the sales lady became friendly, we started to chitchat, end of the story, sales lady leaves in my neighborhood. Yes, I will come back to the store for their shoes, even though there is no washroom for customers to use.

Promenade store disorganized, staff does not know their prices. One particular girl was standing around, disinterested at best even though the store was not busy.Had ordered boots several weeks ago for $199.99 which were supposed to be in in a few days. I checked to see if they had arrived but they weren’t there. A friend went into the store for me to see if the boots had arrived but they had not.I was in the mall yesterday and went to the store to see if they were in but no luck. The gentlemen checked the store’s notebook and found my order but did not know what had happened. I asked them to look and see if there were any of that model in stock. They found two in black. After trying them onI decided to take the black pair. When the girl rang it up she claimed it was $219.99 She obviously didn’t care about making a sale as she didn’t bother to check their website after I explained the price was incorrect. I guess I disturbed her rest, not that she was busy or even bothered to attempt put back boots that a customer had left lying on the ground. With that customer service it’s a miracle that store is even still in business!Needless to say I will buy the boots elsewhere and never recommend that store.

Went in today and was quickly pounced upon by a sales associate. She seemed eager to help, got me a pair of shoes in my size, but then quickly ditched me when someone else needed help. She never revisited me to see if I needed help with the shoes she brought me, so I left. I would have been fine managing myslef, but she seemed so eager to help that I accepted, but jumping to help and then moving quickly to someone else was just rude. Won't be coming back

They don't seem to have the same selection that they used to. I still like the shoes. I didn't buy anything this time but I do own five pairs for walking on a cloud.

The staff were very courteous and helpful while serving an elderly lady with feet crippled from arthritis. They were a tremendous relief to her caregiver.

Amazing service in the store.Very good advice, nice staff. However be careful with the online service with their no return to the store policy and return at your own shipping cost.

This is a review of the store on east side of Yonge, just south of Sherwood Ave. The store was understaffed - two salespeople on a Saturday with loads of customers. I showed 3 styles to the saleslady (possibly the infamous "blonde" from previous reviews) who came out with one pair, dismissively told me they were out of stock on all others, then walked away to help other customers. Possibly too overworked to help find anything else - she seemed surprised when I walked out. Walked a few meters north to Circle Shoes, which despite being much smaller, had way more stock, and a wonderful sales person, and made my purchase there.
