The women at the customer service was extremely rude. I was here for the Western Union and the women asked for a Canadian Drivers licence and said that I wouldn’t be able to get anything without a Canadian Driver license completely dismissed when I said that I shouldn’t need a Canadian license and I have my home country passport we had to go back and forth before she called over another person to tell her that she could process it. I’m not sure why there was such a problem with it.

I received PlayStation gift cards from this store and they didn't work. Unfortunately the person who gifted the cards lost the gift receipts...Walmart doesn't refund gift cards from 3rd parties....so basically I'm lost $100 ....DONT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM. PLAYSTATION

Worst Walmart you can go to. Rude employees that offer no help. Online experience was unbelievably useless. They issued me a refund after an employee called and I confirmed I was picking up my package. So what was the point of calling me to confirm a pick up? All while my package was delayed for 44 days and Christmas is next week. Absolutely unacceptable for a company this large. Oh and if you call no one will answer, except pharmacy (only helpful employees), they had to page someone (twice) to finally pick up the phone after calling for 36 minutes straight. Be prepared to be put on hold multiple times for no resolution.

Veronica at the Photo Booth is the best employee at Walmart. She is so sweet; efficient and knowledgeable. She understands customer needs and is wonderful to talk to. I appreciate this employee for being patient and professional. I can tell she is a veteran employee at walmart. I thank her for her service; and she was able to resolve my problems. 10/5 stars if I could.

Weirdest moment at this walmart. I bring my receipt to customer service because an I bought about 3 days ago was $903 now it show reduced price at $699. The customer girl at the said we don't give back the different from reduce price items. I had to get the manager to come. The manager asked me to go with him to the back of the warehouse to talk. I was like why do I need to do such thing? Give me back the receipt I bring the item and return it tomorrow and buy the new item at the reduce price problem solved. The girl at the desk spent 2 hours tried to put in the code of the product and say it doesn't exist. After a long long time they say we put in the wrong codes. So I wasted so much time here just for a simple price adjustments which they turn it into a nightmare for me. At the end I seem to get the price adjustment completed

If zero stars were an option, I would choose it.
The overall attitude and behaviour of the staff at this branch were shockingly unprofessional. Multiple employees displayed hostility, indifference, and a complete lack of customer service - making the entire visit uncomfortable from start to finish. Staff interactions felt dismissive and disrespectful, and there was no effort to communicate or assist customers properly.
Between the unwelcoming atmosphere, poor treatment, and lack of care shown across the board, this store left an extremely negative impression. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage management to invest in serious training to improve staff conduct and the overall customer experience.

Very bad I was retired some thing .tha castamer service very rude her name is baby . It’s not her first time always people returning their merchandise. She’s very rude to the customer because she has no respect at all for the customer.

My most recent visit was bizarre. I used to live in the neighbourhood so this used to be my Walmart. I visited on Dec. 1, 2025 was very confused. There was no stock. I can't remember if they ever had produce but they certainly don't now. They didn't have fresh meat, either. That's fine and all, but I went to grab Pringles and there was one left. I went to grab Pepsi, there was one left. I went to grab Chex, it was sold out. The shelves around were bare (food, housewares and clothing). It felt like the weirdest Walmart I have ever been to, even though I've been there before. Stores have off days but I don't think I'll return to this one. I had to go to another store after to pick up half of my grocery list. The staff are great, though!!
