Avoid. Scammers. I wanted to deposit € to my european account. They insisted on talking the amount on CAD "because it was mandatory for their system for the operation" but I was assured that my foreign currency will not be converted twice and I would only pay their comission. At the end it was converted twice. €->CAD->€ + comissions= 17% was the total cost of the amount. Thieves!

Honestly nothing to complain about. The service is on point. Be nice to them and they will move mountain to help you. I’m speaking with experience. I have tried a lot of branches but this one is definitely the best. If you hate on them you probably have a personal or psychological problem. I have used their service for more than 7 times i was spectacle at first but now i appreciate their values and service.

Been receiving money already twice via western union on this branch and I have no problem with it. Just need to inform them by call if you plan to receive money over $1000. Good service I can say.

An awful place. Can I please vote this place NEGATIVE stars!!? First, they have to create ‘an account’ for merely picking money. Not to mention - if you have a foreign name (Arabic in my case), they will “FLAG” your account as they creat one. Next time, I will take my business to a place where they don’t find my name a ‘THREAT.’ Awful.

I had the worst experience with the most disrespectful clerk. He talked down to me as if my documentation was useless when he used it to complete the transaction anyways, in the SLOWEST way possible by the way. After I realized he could do what was asked of him without my passport, which he INSISTED was necessary at the beginning, I kept quite and realized he’s just unhappy with his situation. Get him out of there and do him a favor, and to all future clients.
