Racist people work here. If you’re black, save your coins and go where you’ll be appreciated. They followed us around the store but didn’t follow anyone else. Do not recommend and will not be going back.

We were racially profiled at this store! My mom and I were weirdly followed around from the moment we stepped foot into the store. While she was looking through the rack and I went to grab a cart, the security decided to bring a new person on board to watch her while he tailed me. I politely asked if there’s a reason we were being followed and they pretended to disperse for a second and returned. I confirmed this by walking to a distant area and there they were, AGAIN!. In a store full of shoppers, being the only blacks around and being followed was absolutely awful!!! Never spending my hard-earned money in such an unsafe space.

**Review for Winners at Dundas Square**
Winners at Dundas Square is a gem of a store and definitely one of my go-to spots for shopping in downtown Toronto! First off, the location is unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of Dundas Square, it’s easily accessible by public transit, and it's surrounded by a ton of other great shops, restaurants, and attractions. Whether you're already out for a day of shopping or just passing through the area, it's super convenient to pop in and check out what they have.
The variety at this Winners location is impressive. From clothing and shoes to home goods and beauty products, you’ll find a little bit of everything. The best part? Unlike some other locations where stock tends to sell out quickly, I’ve found that this store consistently carries items that might be hard to find elsewhere. Whether it’s a designer brand or a trendy item that’s sold out at other stores, chances are you’ll find it here. I’ve scored some great deals on both everyday basics and high-end pieces that I wasn’t expecting to see!
That said, being in such a prime location, the store can get quite busy, especially on weekends and during peak shopping hours. Sometimes it takes a little patience to navigate the aisles, but the store is well-organized, and the staff do a good job of keeping things tidy and restocked. Even when it’s crowded, there’s still enough space to browse comfortably, and you can usually find a dressing room without too much of a wait.
What I love about Winners at Dundas Square is how comprehensive it is. Whether you’re looking for a new outfit, some kitchen gadgets, or even gifts, you can find almost anything you need under one roof. The rotating stock keeps things interesting, so you never know what treasure you might stumble upon. And the prices, of course, are fantastic for the value you’re getting.
Overall, this Winners location offers a great shopping experience. It's busy at times, but the convenience, variety, and stock availability more than make up for it. I’ve had countless positive shopping trips here, and it’s definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area. Whether you're a local or just visiting, Winners at Dundas Square is a must-visit for any bargain hunter!

The store with the worst customer service ever. They don't have labels on products and can't even do a product search properly when required to. Customers need to find items matching to the tag less product themselves and even then they can't offer a resolution. Hyeon clearly isn't suited to be the one responsible for customer service.

Manager Lena is extremely rude. Purchased a coat that was on a $70 clearance rack. The tag on the coat was $99.99. Upon asking the manager if they would honour the price, she YELLED at us in the store. Stating, “I AM THE MANAGER AND I MAKE THE DECISIONS.” Extremely awful customer service and she should be re-trained in properly dealing with customers. Happy holidays lol.
