The staff are rude and the line ups are ridiculous. Recently bought $350 worth of clothing and the cashier didn’t even look at me once. She didn’t smile, greet me or acknowledge my existence outside of taking the clothes from me. She was talking to the other cashiers about her coffee, then abruptly stopped ringing me in to help someone else whose bag was setting off the alarm. She should have finished with me first and then not taken another customer until she helped that lady. After waiting in line for 45 minutes, she then had a side conversation with this other customer for 7 full minutes (yes I checked my phone) about how she was from Poland and how much she hates Canada. As another lady came to the counter to “ask a question” I asked her if she could wait while the cashier finished ringing me up because she had already taken two sidebars in the middle of “helping me.” The cashier still didn’t look at me when I told her I would be paying by Visa. She finally acknowledged me long enough to say “it’s been ready for you the whole time.” And I was supposed to know this how? What if I had been paying by cash? After saying that one brief sentence to me dismissively she went back to chatting with her coworkers while the line up behind me was still at least a half an hour long. I’ve never had a good experience at this store. I go reluctantly because it’s close to my house, hoping that my next experience will be different, but always regret it. Bad store, dirty, poorly organized, bitter and unfriendly staff.

Had purchased some clothes for my dad many months back and have since lost the receipt. When I entered the store I asked if returns were possible without a receipt and they said yes.
The line had about 30 people so I shopped for some items I needed.
Went back to the cash, still 25 people in line but lots of registers open so it only took 15-20mins to get served.
And you guessed it, can't return items without a receipt that are "old".
Inconsistencies lead to inconvenience and lousy service. First contact should have provided the correct information.
I was advised I could call head office to try and get the receipt.
For me, easier to donate the $150 worth of new clothes and simply avoid the business.

Visited this location few weeks back. Came across the worst manager a facility could have. I haven’t had a worse experience than this store so far. Super rude behaviour of the manager and the employee who helped me. I am not someone who would easily complain or even bothers to put a bad review but this was just too much to handle.

Marela, the store manager, was not helpful at all. I wanted to purchase a product, but it had some damage. She returned, claiming the issue was resolved, and sold it to me as a brand-new item. However, I later discovered that the damage had not been fixed, only disguised!!

I visited again and had a pretty good experience. I'm improving their rating because when I visited that earlier day, it was in the holiday crush and that specific employee might have been exhausted like everyone else and having a bad day, and not all of them are like that. //
I have liked different Winners but to be honest I found the employees quite rude. There was a manager or stock person on the floor when we went a few months ago and they didn't care they were standing in our way when we said excuse me and barely moved and weren't interested in answering a question.
I forgot to mention the lines took so long so you can look at all the stuff surrounding you to buy very expensive junk food. It's made to look like you'd be treating yourself with something very special as a treat for waiting so long but some of us don't have time for that.
