Almost every transaction I make has a problem going through so I need to call, but they are impossiple to reach on the phone.

Their system is so poor. They do not answer phone and the system doesn't work at all on trying to alter something

Worst customer service i’ve ever had. I’m asking them why they cancelled my trasaction, so I would know what I need to do, but instead of apologizing this is what I have got. Very rude, no respect and poor customer service! I will never use World Remit again.
