Garbage. Don’t waste time setting up an account with this company. Every time, despite having an account for years, there is always a problem that won’t let the transfers go through. You will be constantly submitting additional paperwork, calling customer service, and then being asked if you changed the recipient’s information when they are the one’s changing it. Customer service sucks and it is very time consuming to successfully send money. IT IS ONLY GETTING WORSE using this company. I am in the process of setting up with another company.

No one is responsible for the money, I have contacted support on 5 occasions, and they always tell me that in 7 days, but I have been waiting for a month for a refund, no one knows where it is, they do not give a solution, and they are violating consumer policies. To bad app, use Remitly.

ATTENTION! They stole 870 F from me with fishing by email using a site that imitates that of Swisspass which offers fare passes for the railways. DO NOT TRUST! I had to cancel my debit card that I use every day and request a refund from my bank by filling out a form. Unfortunately, Credito Svizzero has already replied to me that I will not be reimbursed. I AM SHOCKED BY THE DISHONESTNESS OF WORLDREMIT.
ATTENTION! I have now flown 870 F for fishing mail using a site here imitating the Swisspass model here proposed transport tickets for train routes. NE FAIS PAS CONFIANCE! You should cancel the debit cards you use every day and ask for a refund at the bank in a simple form. Unfortunately, Crédit Suisse has now told me that I will never be reimbursed. JE SUIS CONSTERNÉ PAR LA MALHONNÊTETÉ DE WORLDREMIT.
