The 459 Eastern Ave XYZ Storage facility is a state of the art drive–through facility protecting you from snow, rain and the elements as you store your goods. It is climate controlled and has more than 1,600 storage units in various sizes ranging from compact, 4′ x 3′ x 4′ to larger 10′ x 20′ garage sized units. It is easily accessible to the Downtown core off of Lakeshore Blvd, Eastern Ave and is less than a km from the DVP and Gardiner expressway intersection. The facility has a large customer service area with free coffee and Wi-Fi throughout the building as well as an ‘on the go’ meeting centre for customers to plan their day and make phone calls.

Had a great experience at XYZ Downtown! Friendly staff, super clean facility, and very accessible (even after hours). Definitely on the pricier side, but affordable with a discount code.
