There’s so much line up in the purchases and returns section and only cash counters are open with there’s two unattended registers. I don’t understand how and why zara doesn’t value their customers time. I have been standing in the queue for almost 37 mins now and people in the exchange section keep on bringing new stuff to exchange. It’s wrong. Zara should have more cashiers on the counters.

Very worst store of Zara they always blame customers for there bad clothes I buyed a winter jackets for $130 weared for 3 days and lot of linth popped up on the jacket in just 3 day they blamed me that it’s not the clothes quality or material but it’s normal for this kind of clothes horrible service by the cashiers and manager is the worst person. I have seen in my life I was loyal customer for Zara from last 5 years but now moving to UNiQlO pls don’t visit to Fairview or any Zara stores and lose ur hard earned money

very rude customer service, today (black Friday) I wanted to exchange a handbag which was defective and never used(w tag and covers), a young lady told me she can't do it without receipt, I said I will buy another one and use new receipt for returning the old one, she said no no, and wont let you to do it here in this store!!! So I had to drive 7 KM to return through another store, who let her to treat like that, "I WONT LET YOU DO IT as long as be here!!!!!!" why? I didn't want to return it, I am high educated person and can understand the policy, just wanted to change with another one without any problems, a girl who was min 30 years younger than me . So sorry with that store manager, even she didn't give me her name, very relax and mean. Never use Zara again, shame

Compare to other Zara locations this store has Very limited variety of men’s clothing , women’s section is 3 time bigger than mens section, definitely need improvement.

They always have very few cashiers. When there is a long queue, there is only one cashier and they don't care much about people and their time

the line ups here are horrendous.Not sure why you dont staff the shop properly so we can be in and out in a timely matter. lots of pressure on staff, lots of line ups. You make the money, staff the stores!

Rude staff on cash,Asked to speak to the Manger she was also rude and unhelpful.Never shopping at this location, ever again.Really need to have proper training for staff to deal with customers.Visited this location on July 03 at 4:30p.m

Cashier and her manager were so rude.Apparently both Cashier and manager had o formal training on customer service. Very disappointing experience

It happens at Zara, Fair View MallI appreciate the girl who uses a black bandana, grey shoes, a white shirt, and long hair. She was aware there is a long line at online pick-up, and she tried to call her colleagues but they were all busy, she handled the customer in front of her, go to online pick-up line to scan our barcode, go inside, and back to her cashier. After that, she also helps other customers. At the same time, I saw 3 other staff just come out from inside and asked to the line, even the nearest staff asked us. How come they do not know we were already served by that girl?I knew May 13th was a busy day because it was Saturday and the day before Mother's Day. :)

Zara's quality is getting worse, but what crossed the line and will never have me set foot into this store again is the terrible customer service. I'm just shocked right now, reading through the comments, many people had run-ins with the same lady at Fairview mall and now I did too. Around 5'6, strong European accent (sounds like it could be a Turkish accent) - aggressive, unprofessional and rude. Other employees of the store also saw her behavior and no one said a thing.

I had a terrible experience at Zara when I tried to return an item that had no issues. Despite the fact that the item was in perfect condition, the manager claimed that there was a stain on it and refused to accept the return.After going home to clean the item, I returned to the store to try again. This time, a different cashier was going to process my return until the same cashier as before came and told him something in his ear. The same manager then came over and once again refused to accept my return.I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received at Zara, and I will never shop there again. The customer service was totally poor and unprofessional. However, I was able to return the item without any issues at a different location.Overall, Zara needs to improve its customer service training for its employees and managers. Customers should be treated with respect and their concerns should be addressed promptly and professionally. I would not recommend shopping at this particular Zara location due to the terrible customer service experience I had.

I really appreciate ZARA as a company after walking inside one of their stores in Madrid, Spain — not bad at all for fast fashion! This particular North York location is great for carrying L and XL T-shirt selections in comparison to the others. I recommend to come during opening times because everything is laid out neatly; plus there is no waiting line for the change rooms. By the afternoon, just like any other ZARA store, it gets messy and crowded
