Absolute fruit cake of a manager who is extremely rude, refused to return my unworn products and dumped them out the bag looked at them and said he can’t resell them on his shop floor, then threw them back and walked away. Must have been in a rush to meet the new intern boy in the changing rooms.

I placed my order online to get delivered to this store. I got an email stating that it was ready for pick up. I got off work early to make this pick up, mind you it was my bridal shower on Friday and I needed these heels. I get to the store and the man helping at first was kind; he tried to locate the shipment but apparently after speaking to his manger who is a short, chubby, white probably Ukraine or Russian woman not too sure but she was on the top floor children section and it was around 7:00-7:30pm on Nov 6/24, the worst experience, the most unpleasant woman. I am not sure how she became a manager. Rude, dismissive, disrespectful tone, just not a good representation of Zara; customer service skills at 0. I spoke to the customer service line and advised of this; and will continue to speak out against this woman as I believe there was almost underlying Islamophobia involved here.

The cashier was so rude for no reason we were there to buy the jacket but she literally told us if we were there for the return of the jacket like what?
She was rude the other whole time too. I was having a really good day but after that my whole day was ruined. I thought she was an Indian girl. They should really teach good customer service to their staff.

Nobody was there at the designated desk for an online order pickup. I then waited in line for a long time at a cashier only for her to tell me she couldn't help and told me to go back to an empty counter.

Dear Zara Team,
I wanted to share feedback regarding an experience I had at your Eaton Centre location on October 20, 2024. While attempting to purchase a pair of boots that were tagged at $19.90, I was disappointed to find they scanned at a higher price. When I approached the manager, the issue was not handled professionally, and the tag was removed abruptly.
As a customer and someone who works in retail, I believe this could have been handled more courteously. I hope to see improvements in customer service moving forward.

The management was so unfair and impolite in eaten center branch .i wanted to refund my dress after 10 or 12 days,which was too small for me even i could wear it, and i had the receipt with me but he didn’t accept it and force my just to buy something else cause there is a small stain on it even I could not see that . Oh maybe it was there before but I didn’t see thatand bought it but it was not my size at all .what should i do when its not my size and not fit at all??? He talked to me very rude very rude and told me buy something else or nothing… imagine… i bought something which i really don’t like but at the end on my receipt he mentioned he did exchange for me with no receipt which was not true… it was the worst experience that i ever had in zara. Hope to teach more to your manager about customer service and attitude plz.

Worst customer service. So rude and unprofessional customer service. The Chinese girl was so rude and I ended up leaving the store with disappointing face and sad . Please teach them to have a little respect and patience for customers. I will never ever come back to store again. Bye Zara

The clothes and brand are great - HOWEVER, even being used to ‘Zara Customer Service’ it is quite an understatement to the professionalism and dillegence of the store staff here. Don’t even bother asking management for any assistance because it will be even worse!! I will make sure not to visit this location again even if it means having to venture out to Queen St, Fairview or Yorkdale to be treated like a human being. Extremely long line ups and an attitude of carelessness will damper anyone’s experience of Zara by shopping here. As other reviewers state, the cashiers here are abysmal - I was trying to help them do their job and got reprimanded - insanity!!
