I arrived to the store about 20 minutes before closing for some balloons and Marissa (I think?) was so incredibly helpful and gracious. I apologized for making a balloon request so late into their day but she accommodated me and was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Thank you so much Marissa!

Good morning!
I shop at dollar bits all the time. Love having this store close by in our small communities. I often shop at the Tottenham location and beeton aswell. Love the staff in Tottenham. Marisa was especially helpful and kind. Always so happy and willing to help.

Definitely is the go to dollar store Chase is such a incredible, helpful young man . I love that I can walk in ask him what I'm looking for and without any hesitant knows where I can find anything in the store . I do however find some things pricey.
The customer service Chase is 100 percent that employee and so helpful patient when I come in with my grandsons ,we however miss seeing you wearing your sunglasses the boys loved he was soooo cool.

Terrible customer service. I bought a bubble machine for my kids, got home and it didn’t work. I immediately took it back to exchange it and the woman (shorter dark haired woman) there would NOT let me exchange it even though we were just there not even an hour before.

I'm unsure why this store has such low ratings because I love this dollar store chain! It's my go-to spot for party supplies and seasonal decorations. The variety is impressive, and everything is so affordable. Staff are friendly and helpful too. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking to save some cash without sacrificing style!

Worst customer service ever!! Been shopping here for 5 years and never had an issue with any of the staff until now. I’ve never seen this lady before and my first experience with her was nothing but a disgusting attitude and a very poor presentation of a small community family owned business (she was the owners daughter).
I called in for balloons, was told no, then was told yes, so I went in at the time they said, and literally the second I walked up with my balloons she was huffing and puffing and started with her attitude. So I reciprocated the exact same tone. At balloon pick up I heard her and the other staff member talking about me, knowing I was standing there, also while other customers were there as well. Super unprofessional. I mean I know it’s only a dollar store job so you don’t expect much intelligence but you definitely expect basic manners and customer service.
She also got my balloons wrong and claimed I never told her. After trying to lecture me like a child about pre-ordering balloons (even though they told me to come in), I defended my stance as a paying customer, I couldn’t even get a word in so at this point we’re all screaming over each other.
I was told not to go back they don’t care for my business. Which is exactly what I’ll be doing. As a customer who shopped there on almost a weekly basis, it’s a big customer loss.
I tried reaching out to the owner and he said he wants nothing to do with this… lol what a joke but again it’s a dollar store so…
Sometimes supporting the franchises is a much wiser choice seeing as they have standards and morals when it comes to running a business.

I don’t know why they have some bad reviews. I’ve been in town about 15 yrs, only ever had one staff member be quiet rude over a balloon order, and I have not seen her in a long timeThe staff are great. The place is clean & orderly. I find what I need & they have even called the Beeton & Alliston location for me when I needed lays for my parents celebration of life ceremony.I love the humor in the debit machine’s face and name tag ?It’s usually the same gentleman when I go & he is always amazing. His bright attitude actually usually turns bad day around & I greatly appreciate his kindness

I would like to thank the young man who helped me find magnets yesterday. He was the only employee, the phone was ringing, he was filling balloons, putting things away but he still took the time to bring me to the aisle. He was so pleasant and helpful with other customers as well. Good job buddy
