The individual who helped me at the counter was polite and respectful. No issues when sending packages.Most reviews left here are related to residential delivery. So unrelated to the actual operation of this location.

I was sending a package to another country. The man that initially helped at the counter was friendly. However, a woman came out and spoke to me in a very rude, demeaning way.
