Pay at pump option always broken on all but one pump. Never any paper in that pump to print receipts. Worse service inside of store. Dirty too. I have only been going for the rewards I get. I'm thinking it isn't even worth it now.

They have a barbecue propane fill up there, better call before you go, I called on Tuesday and the employee left at 2:00 pm and won't be back till Thursday! Sad for the consumer they can't hire more staff!

checked the hours before leaving my house tonight and it said that they were open till 10 o’clock at night, arrived at the store at 9:30 PM trying to enter the store to purchase some thing and the doors were locked…but their open sign was still lit up… Saw the man sitting in there just at the counter… talked to the guy who was there before me, and said that he had knocked on the door a couple of times to try to be let in, but the man refused to unlock the doors…

The fire wood is advertised as $9.99 a bag. Go in and girl rings them in at $14 a piece. I politely told her that they are incorrectly advertised and should honour the price. She laughed and then said her program won’t allow it. Called the supervisor and explained the situation, needless to say I got them for $9.99. If you are going to run a business you have to abide by the rules too.

The posted Propane hours are meaningless. Basically every time I try during the posted hours, the person that fills the propane isn’t there. I am pretty sure today the person locking up half an hour early could have filled it but opted to just say that they had already gone home.

Been here a few times. It’s a convenient location but service is always terrible. Went in once to make a purchase and the clerk was on the phone dropping the occasional profanity word during his conversation. Stood there waiting for a few minutes and he completely ignored me. I ended up just walking out.On another occasion went there to get propane and was told I would have to wait over half an hour because the person was going to be late.I get stuff happens, but this location obviously has some bad management problems and I do not recommend you stop here if you can avoid it.

My family and I went to a funeral in North brook Ontario. On the way back my vans alternator went. We live in Brantford Ontario. Its 294 km away. We hopped a ride with a friend home, and went back the next day to put in the new part. The cashier at the Canadian Tire gas plus, could see that we were having trouble getting the old alternator out, and called her friend who was a tow truck driver, who not only got out the old alternator but got the new one in. We offered to give them some cash or buy them a coffee but they refused. Without them we would still be there. Many thanks to Rosie and Joe. The two of you have renewed our faith in humanity.

Prices aren't bad, usually a little cheaper than the other gas stations around.
The inside of the store is very clean and the one short cashier is hilarious- so friendly!

The opening hours for the propane filling station aren't observed. No employees are available to fill the propane tank on those advertised as being open for service.

I live close by, and started going here for gas a few months ago, the Canadian tire money is great so I applied for the MasterCard to get more. The customer service is 90% of the time terrible, the lady last night said she should raise the prices of gas intentionally so it's not as busy. She was rude simply because my fiance pulled away before I g9t to pay for mine and hers gas. I apologized and didn't realize that it would cause an issue and she was still rude. If you are going to hire people to deal with customers and general public maybe you should hire some more friendly people.
I guess this is why they invented pay at the pumps.
