The gas pump knowingly had an issue with not shutting off with the handle released. I distinctly told them for weeks there was an issue with the pump not turning off. I was gasing my car with my wife and my wife released the handle and removed the nozzle and the pump WOULD NOT SHUT OFF EVEN WITH THE HANDLE RELEASED AND SPRAYED GAS ALL OVER MY CAR AND HERSELF. The worst part is the attendant made her pay for all of the fuel even thought it was a KNOWN ISSUE AND HAD BEEN REPORTED BY MYSELF AND OTHER PATRONS. What a safety hazard that could have gone much worse. When I came in a week later to ask if the issue had been fixed they were extremely rude about it. I will be contacting corporate!

I was there two months ago to drop off a purolator amazon return no problem. This week the younger tall east indian background attendant gave me a hard time and did not take my parcel saying it was a bigger box. I took the item out of the box and now he says my return bar code does not work. It was obvious he did not want to do his job or serve me because I was there b4 and other smaller convenience store in Wooler accepted my parcel no problem. I realized he rejected me for whatever the reason he didnt like the fact that I managed to make the item smaller so he needed to find another excuse. Also he didnt want to scan label on box he asked me to ppen my amazon account on my phone to read my return...weird but true

This use to be a good store to go to. Now you can get anything in there. They have moved most of food out to make room for alcohol it's disgusting. They never have bag tags. Everything is always out of date.

Pricing is not accurate to the labels wanted to buy a item accordingly to the label but price was different at cash . Dishonest

Went to buy chips and dip got home with the dip had June 15 2020 date open it up it was chunky was old dutch dip so figured give him a chance took it back asked to switch it he took it back and let me grab another so then I asked if I could open it to check befor I left and sure enough was the same way he then told me to put it back on the shelf after the seal was broken so ppl be aware what your buying thair I used to go thair all the time but not now
