“The store had more than any of the ones in my town/area, the place was clean and well organized and I had a great experience until getting to the cash. Unfortunately, the two employees standing there were busy talking amongst themselves and could not take me so I went to the self check out. I went to one that was not "open" and the cashier told me so without helping me find one that was available. Afterwords, with two eyerolls from her when trying to get help and being unsuccessful my mother went through. She had accidentally grabbed something and asked to give it to them instead of stuffing it in a nearby shelf. Then, when her back was turned afterwords the two employees decided it was a good opportunity to say rude and unprofessional things thinking she could not hear, I however could hear them. After speaking with the exceptionally kind new employee that was stocking shelves I was directed to the manager and spoke with them. Hopefully before I return again the professionalism of staff is better than it was tonight.”
