Terry is a gem. His knowledge, expertise and patience in explaining complex suspension problems is outstanding. I had my 2017 Honda Pilot at a local repair shop for an alignment repair issue. The shop suggested I contact legacy Collision to rule out possible frame issues.Terry came to the shop while veh was on the hoist, diagnosed the problem and explained to me the what the problem was and what would be required to repair it. I thanked Terry and asked could he give me an invoice for his time, he said that wasn’t necessary and that he was glad to help. I don’t think you’ll find man more honest and dedicated.

After getting estimates elsewhere, I sought one from Terry, and he came in at about 30% less than the others. I had to wait 9 weeks, but it was worth it - The left side of the car was damaged from the front headlight to the rear wheel-well, and it came out perfect. Three weeks later, a jackass backed into my other car at Trenton Town centre. Terry suggested a touchup and resetting the fender, which he did a few days later. When I asked how much, he waved it off and said it was on the house.This guy is the real thing. Thanks Terry and crew.

rebar on bumper rusted out and accident destroyed the rear tail light on 2006 Honda; the owner, his wife and staff did an excellent job all around. Terry is courteous, helpful, efficient and honest. Highly recommend. Very thoughtful. This experience restored my confidence in service and people. Did an excellent repair; car drives well now. very happy I was referred to Legacy Collision.

My car was damaged by a person backing in on it. Thanks to some locals they took pictures of the vehicle and license plate which I had the OPP trace the person. The person that hit my car suggested to take the car to Legacy Collision on Regional Rd 40 in Trenton.Great jod Terry and Team that did an excellent job on the repairs.
