I feel like I am not alone if I have a problem, Muhammad is right there with a smile and ready to help with whatever problem you have.”

I had a really lovely interaction with the pharmacist today. He really took his time to explain my new medication and give me instructions. He was very kind and knowledgeable, and even offered me points for my other purchase after I had forgotten to use my BE Well card.
I recently made the switch to Rexall from another pharmacy in the area after receiving such exemplary customer service just shopping in the store itself, and I'm very happy with my decision to move over to the pharmacy as well. This is the second time I've had my prescriptions sent (both of which needed to be ordered) and the pharmacy ordering is very quick and efficient as well.
Thank you for the great experience (as always). Rexall is just around the corner from me and I feel fortunate to be able to go somewhere with such incredible care for their clients!”
