Used to have no problems going here, but since new ownership the people are very rude. They straight out refused to fix my tire that just needed a patch. Absolutely unacceptable behavior experienced today. Will never go back and will be telling anyone I know to avoid this place now.

Quoted $346+tax for tire installation instead of the regular $150 because the tires weren't purchased there. Now you guys get $0 from me, that really keeps the doors open. Will not be giving this shop the time of day ever again.

We can't say enough about the amazing guys at Trenton Tirecraft!! We were visiting Trenton and on our way home we had a flat tire. They offered to take a look at the tire right away. Unfortunately, the wheel locking key was missing from our vehicle so there was no way they could remove the tire to patch the hole. Instead, they were able to plug the hole which enabled us to be safely on our way home to Kingston. Not only did they provide help to us when we needed it, they didn't charge us because they weren't able to provide a full service repair!! We are so grateful that we have paid it forward by making a donation to our local food bank in recognition of their good deed.

The crew at Quinte West Tirecraft Trenton are amazing! I knew I had slow leaks in my tires. I called them on Monday and they offered me same day service (which unfortunately didn’t work for me, but amazing they were able to). I brought my truck in today and they had me in and out in a reasonable time and all 4 tires were repaired. Great prices and great customer service! I will be coming back here for all my tire needs!

Too busy to change a punctured tire same day. I went to Canadian tire and they fixed it in 25 minutes.

These guys were amazing. I had 4 snow tires to be mounted on rims and balanced. All 4 done in less than 15 minutes. Balanced perfectly. And at a reasonable price.

Great service, great staff (except for 1)
That is reason for my review. Craig is rude and disrespectful to not only his fellow employees but customers as well. He is rude, period.
Cursed and swore at me when he was flying thru parking lot and when I pulled into the parking lot apparently I got in his way. I enjoy my visits and service at tirecraft Trenton, but he's got to go. Doesn't seem interested in being there. Definitely doesn't like the work, always bitching about it in waiting area.

I brought in a flat tractor tire and they replaced it. Having quoted me for a tubeless tire, which it wasn't, they discovered their error and gave me the inner tube free of charge.

After determining I had a true flat tire, not a slow leak or other, I hadn't called Tirecraft until 4pm.
I knew they were closing at 5, so it was a gamble.
I spoke with Ron, he said if I could be there within 20 minutes they'll take care of it.
I was there in 15, in and out in 20!.
Definitely happy, definitely would recommend them 👌
