Great experience walked in and got 2 new phones from Dani a new plan and great deals. She Explained everything thoroughly no hidden agenda. I don't go anywhere else for phones.highly recommend

I went in to upgrade my phone because I know about as much about phones as a snail does about running shoes.A very friendly woman named Dani helped me with picking out a newer phone that met all my needs. Her knowledge of the product was way above par and my comprehension. So in her professional manner she explained it in the simple terms required for me to understand. She made the process simple and easy. Her customer service skills are beyond reproach. To the point she excused herself (asking me first) so she could assist an elderly lady out the door after noticing her struggle. I will definitely continue to deal with this location.

Do not bother to visit this location, they are not interested in doing business. Middle of day door was locked no one answering the bell. Called finally got In, asked why the door gets locked rude response we just do.Anyway I came to ask about smart watches."We don't sell smart watches".I ask what about the Samsung on display right there."It's a demo try it if you want it doesn't work"Great thanks by.Waist of time I'll shall simple call and order all future devices if this is the in store experience I am expected to get.

Tim at Roger’s in Trenton consistently provided us with exceptional customer service, was knowledgeable and up to date on the products we were considering and ultimately purchased!In our opinion he took the time to go above and beyond to assist us with all our Roger’s needs!

Showed up there today for a charger, I rang the bell and all the associates sat at the counter starting at me. There was 3 of them doing nothing and one customer. I tried to call them to see why they weren’t opening the door and no one answered. I went to leave and another man went to the door and they opened it and told him they were at capacity! With one customer being served and 3 associates doing nothing! So I went to the Belleville store and was in and out. I problem !
