If there was a lower rating I would use it. The pharmacy employees were very rude with me.I was so appalled with them that I am taking my business elsewhere. Someone should teach them manners.

Came to this pharmacy for the first time this week to get Covid and flu vaccines. We were dealt with promptly and did not have to redo the paperwork as we had to at other pharmacies. The pharmacist was courteous and the injections were painless. Our best Covid vaccine experience so far

I found that you have to wait way to long for someone to answer the phone. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to answer the first time and then another 20 minutes for pharmacy to pick up the phone.

This is the worst Shoppers I’ve ever dealt with. I was with them for over three years and it was terrible customer service in the pharmacy. I moved to another Shoppers last June because they always keep you waiting. I don’t mean for a few minutes. At least 15 minutes or longer. It the store and on the phone.So today my doctor accidentally faxed a prescription over to the wrong store. So I call this Shoppers and I’m left on hold for over 13 minutes. Not once did they pick up the phone and ask me to hold. They finally answered and I asked them to fax it over to the Shoppers I deal with now. Yes they say well do it right away. 20 minutes later I call my Shoppers and they still don’t have it. So I’m waiting outside my Shoppers on hold with this Shoppers again. I guess this Shoppers feels nobody has a life and can wait on hold all day.This is why I left this location. Plus they were always filling out prescriptions that I didn’t need. I told them so many times to quit filling them until I phoned and told them I needed it.One time I stood in a pickup line for a prescription for over an hour. This is so unacceptable and quite rude to make people wait this long. This never happened once or twice it was all the time. How dare them make seniors wait this long. Don’t ever use this Shoppers for your own good. You’ll regret it like I did. I kept giving them a chance but it was always the same old thing.I just checked while waiting on hold and it’s been over 24 minutes already. Like come on who deserves this. Nobody does.

The worst pharmacy in the area, they never have your prescription ready when indicated. They cannot think from themselves. Would rather tell you this prescription is not there then to look to see if it's been filled. Not to mention this new service for minor issues is completely useless. You schedule an appointment and they find a reason to tell you to go to your family doctor instead.If an after hours clinic prescribes a medication that is on backorder, They will recommend a herbal remedy.Another useless overcharging corporation treating Healthcare as a profit rather then caring. If you are looking for a pharmacy, I recommend Wellmeds or Metro Pharmacy.

Shoppers Drug Mart Trenton could killed someone with their incompetence. Despite going to them for the same medication i’ve been taking for 3 years, Shoppers Trenton gave me a massively decreased version of my medicine resulting in a deficiency of 100mg that lasted 2 weeks without my knowledge. This is seriously dangerous. Sick patients are supposed to trust their pharmacies, pharmacologists and their staff, however Shoppers Trenton makes that an impossible task. Shame on all of you. The lack of due diligence fromthis location is scary.Multiple times have the pharmacy staff deleted current Scripts of mine, requiring multiple calls to my doctor despite my meds remaining the same for 3 years, which leads to jamming up local physicians all because of their incompetence. Get your medications from anywhere else but here.

My recent visit to this store, left me feeling utterly disappointed and frustrated with their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. The store, which claimed to be open until 10pm, had its electronic section closed at 8pm, as the manager took the keys and left for the day. This decision not only prevented me from purchasing a tablet I had my eye on but also caused me to miss out on a time-limited offer that was valid only until midnight.The store's negligence and lack of accountability have left me deeply disappointed. It is disheartening to witness such disregard for customer needs and the failure to honor advertised hours and promotions. As a consumer, I expect a certain level of reliability and professionalism from any business I choose to patronize, but this Trenton location has clearly failed to meet these basic expectations.

This is the worst run business I have ever dealt with. I haven't had a prescription fully filled the first time I go to pick up in over 3 years. I've tried 3x to speak to the owner to politely express my displeasure and was most recently put on hold for over 30 mins. I spend a substantial amount at this store every month, and I have for over 25 years. However, that will end today. Disappointing but given their complete lack of care and concern, it was inevitable.

This review is more about the person working the front cash at 11:30am on December 26. Terrible customer service. This is the second time that she has cashed me out. I would prefer to use the self check out but neither were working. She doesn't have a name tag & she doesn’t even greet the customer. Barely a grunt to tell me how much of my hard earned money she wants from me. I brought my own bag in & she didn't even acknowledge that I was doing my own bagging. She desperately needs lessons for thr service industry.

Absolute horrible store. Went in for my fiancés prescription was told they have don’t then have shuffled back and forth then told 40 minute wait. Turned out being over an hour. I returned to the store to pick up the prescription I had dropped off personally and was told I could not pick up. Had to return home help my wife into the truck with broken ribs and bring her to the store to pick up. Worst customer service I ever received. Told my fiancé that we will never return and to transfer our medical and monthly prescriptions to another store. Totally unacceptable.Save your time and avoid this store at all costs. A drug store is supposed to have sympathy and compassion not BS and attitude.

Horrible customer experience at the Pharmacy section with the lady attending the counter and the pharmacist. They made me wait for over 1 hr just to tell me they couldn't dispense all the meds on the prescription.When I arrived, I specifically asked why my meds were not ready if the prescription had been sent the day before, and the pharmacy accepted the submission. The lady said they didn't have it ready, that they were busy (as she looked around) and that I needed to wait. At no point, she mentioned they could't dispense the one med until Monday. I do not see those details on the online prescription I have. So, if she had access to other information that obviously I don't, why she didn't say that from the beginning rather than making me wait, with a high probability of infecting others as I cannot control my coughing?Customer service will make or break a business. I would not be returning to this pharmacy.
