“Personable yet professional Customer Service representative Heidi makes banking an ease. Knowledgeable and helpful, Heidi was very accommodating to RCL's requests with quick turnaround to meet our banking needs and provided exemplary services. A joy to work with this young lady; a true asset to CIBC and our town of Tweed.”

“Our incredible experience with BMO Tweed! Our family had some business with the Tweed branch. We made an appointment with Personal Banker Richelle Blackburn who met us promptly with a friendly smile. Ms Blackburn was helpful and kind providing expert, professional advice while guiding us through several processes. Every procedure was carefully explained with all options carefully outlined. Ms Blackburn’s knowledge and guidance was invaluable in achieving the meeting goals. We are very grateful for the personal service we received and want to thank Ms Blackburn and the BMO Tweed Branch for their follow-up, support and assistance.”
