Sadly this longtime good local company has been sold to a Quebec based company and is under a terrible new manager. I've left their service. 15 year customer. I've found out this rude manager has cost this and other local propane companies hundreds of customers. He tried to 4xs my tank rental fee. I stood up to him and said no I had a deal. Stay away from GP3 (pretending to be Woods Propane)

I asked for 500. Fuel they pumped 692.81with taxes 782.88 might as well shop around being a customer for over 25yrs too and that wasn't my mistake

They are reliable BUT be very careful of their agreements or more simply, their business practices! Since the propane industry is not regulated by the Ont. Energy Board (like hydro, natural gas), they can and do WHATEVER THEY LIKE with pricing! For example, I have been with them for 10 yrs paying $75 a yr for the tank rental. This year, with no warning or explanation they INCREASED THEIR TANK RENTAL BY 233%!!! I would strongly suggest using another supplier.

As a long time customer I am extremely disappointed. We need to send a message that corporate greed and cookie cutter policies don’t work in rural and small towns. I will no longer be supporting the business it’s terrible to see what it has been reduced to by the new ownership.

Our family asked to have a quarter tank filled because we knew we would be removing our furnace. Instead the tank was completely filled and now iam left with at least seven hundred dollars worth of oil. The bill was paid. And a oh iam sorry that happened was what my family was left with. Like money and time grow on trees. I wish you had respected my time. Very poorly managed

I will be switching! i've been with them for 6 years and this year they have the worst customer service! and have changed policies- I had a lot going on and ran out- they wanted me to pay 175 for emergency fill up! it takes 300 to fill my tank! they want more than half of it for free! the so called manager was horrible !!

Switched propane companies. Don Woods picked up 3 420 pound tanks, 40% in 2 tanks and 80% in 1 tank. Don Woods owes us for the propane they picked up, that we have paid for before switching companies. Our refund has been deferred WEEKLY by office staff for at least 8 weeks. Every week is a new excuse why we cannot receive our refund. Naturally we went to their office to obtain a refund in person. 8 weeks is much too long. Was told that the “man who sign cheques” is hunting and is not in for another week. Then I called the office and spoke to office lady who could not tell me how much I am owed, or when I would be receiving my refund, and declined to tell me the name of “the man who signs”. Office lady offered to take my number down and then proceeded to hang up on me. Not sure how she will have “the man” call me back if she doesn’t have my number. We have given this company way too many chances. Please use any other company if you require propane. They are liars and thieves.

This company makes u pay ahead then wait a week for furnace oil when u call they are rude and say it will be there and hang up on u when u ask why so long your 15 mins away !!!!

Swear the man that pumps gas has zero respect for people's time, or no respect for women in general. Sit waiting on several occasions for gas to be pumped with next to no one else getting gas. Stand talking to other male customers and act like you don't exist until he is good and ready. Barely any interaction besides giving a recipet

Not good the air compressor went down he replaced it with a home compressor 20 gal , iv'e been told he does'nt care &he can't afford to replace the the valve fitting 0n the airline
