“It's an excellent place to go if you're a diabetic or somebody that needs to monitor their sugar intake , but still wants to have a treat. Super friendly staff , it's a little pricey , but that's to be expected for the nature of the products being sold. “I had such a great experience at OurWellness.I went with my mom and we both felt welcomed right away. The place is calm, clean, and very professional, and there was a gentleman who helped us who was very informative and clearly knew what he was talking about, which made us feel comfortable and confident. We originally went in for just one thing but ended up leaving with a few more because of the great options they had and how well everything was explained. It was such a nice experience to share with my mom, and we both left feeling happy and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again!”
“I’ve been to a lot of different health, food stores and staff are usually nice and helpful show you where product is and what will help you with your needs. I had especially significant experience today in the store. I wanted to get oil of oregano, but it’s just torturous for me to swallow that stuff. I asked one of the staff if they could show me where it was and I stared at it, fighting with myself, because I really didn’t want to take it. She noticed I was hesitant and suggested perhaps I was taking it wrong. She explained that you put a drop under your tongue in your saliva and let it swish in there for a while. You let it mix with your saliva and breathe in the aroma for about 30 seconds before you swallow. Now that I’m taking it right, I can’t believe how it’s not a big deal at all. Thank you this is literally life-changing for me. The staff are amazing and the knowledge and help is beyond expectation. I would give more than five stars if I could, but I highly recommend you go to the store. They deserve your business.”
“Update: I did manage to finally speak with someone, and a refund was issued. I believe they should not have sold a product that they didn't have in stock at the first place.

Like other have mentioned. Placed an order, my CC was charged. Product was never shipped.
I called them and they said it coming in stock soon. months have gone by and still nothing. If product was not in stock, why charge the CC.
Have been trying to call them and email them for weeks.
No one is answering the phones, or emails.”
“Some of these reviews are valid and everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But I must say that the staff at this location are very accommodating and very knowledgeable about what they sell. Even if I felt as though I was being annoying for asking questions lol. Thank you so much to the kind workers and to who im assuming is the manager/ owner for being helpful as well as hiring such amazing staff. I’ve been in a couple of times and have seen new faces and each one served excellent service as well as amazing snack recommendations. The everything cashews are now a new staple in my life!!”
