They replaced it seamlessly with a new, heavy duty zipper that I feel is so much higher quality than the one it even came with (and it’s a designer coat). The service is good. Dress alterations are only $30. This store was opened Jun 2006. The store is wheelchair accessible. There are separate male/female washrooms in the building.
