Great location! Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Lots of selection, very clean. My kids had a blast spending their money!

I was welcomed when I entered with my kids, the employees are great and the employee ZACK is awesome as he helped us pick great gifts for our birthday party and has good wrapping skills. I would definitely visit again.

I just talked to the staff at this store regarding to the recent make and take lego event happened on May 4. I, as the regular customer, received email about the event, the posting online and even the board didn't mention about for kids or with kids only, not for any other adult customers. They said the online post says 6+, that means for kids, it doesn't make any sense. They also said this is a toy store, so for kids. I mentioned that this issue never happened for other venues (Toysrus, Lego stores, Indigo and Barnes and Nobles), the staff said that's their own business ?
Honestly, I bought so many times in the past for myself and my relatives at this store such as lego, books and Playmobil. This kind of no mentioned kids only event policy drives some customers like myself away.
I told them that they just lost another big regular customer today. ?

I went in tonight at this location, and they are not welcoming!! It's like I was disrupting their convos that they were having and were so unpleasant. It took all 3 of them to do my return while other people were waiting in line. I have been here multiple times, and it's the same thing every time! This is a kids' store where the staff should be welcoming! They all need customer service training ASAP!!! From other reviews, I am not the only person saying this

I am appalled at the rudeness of an employee at this store who did not have the courtesy to speak respectfully when informing me I would no longer be able to use my store credit because of a buy-out. While that decision is not her fault, the manner in which she communicated was repulsive and incredibly rude. I won't be returning to this store.

One of the staff is very rude! We understand that it is near closing time but her face was not happy seeing people walking in. She needs to be taught customer service by the manager and other staff who were a lot more approachable. She was annoyed when my daughter grabbed a made up cardboard house setup near the entrance. When her dad asked if he can purchase it she snapped “ I already said it wasn’t for sale now!” Indicating that because she grabbed it that it’s all torn and such. We walked out of the place after our purchases thinking what a rude person. She shouldn’t be working in customer service especially in a kids store.

Toy was purchased on Nov.23/2023, at the time of purchase cashier did not bring to my attention for No Return Policy. Today I bring back your store told me it cannot be returned or refund. When did you post this non return no refund policy. This should bring to customers attention at the time of purchase
