I also buy Wagyu beef once in a while to treat myself, the tenderous and the fat evenly melted inside my mouth.
I used their hanger steak or boneless short ribs to made beef wellington, the result was pretty good as well. Highly recommend”

Compared to the big grocery store next door obviously more expensive but if you prefer quality over getting a deal than you are here right. And the people are friendly and helpful too.”

“This is the best butcher in the city hands down. Have been a customer for 15+ years, but I have also tried many other butchers along the way including plenty at St. Lawrence Market. Everywhere supplies great quality - but during the Christmas Holidays when I wanted to do a Tomahawk, and no other place in the city could get me one - Kostas came through. That's what separates good from great. Great comes through when the others can't. Thanks for the excellent service!”

Today however i had one of those moments where, i guess, the cashier thought customer service is to watch me pack up my purchase.
