2023 August 3★Nothing to complain about. Get in, get out. Know what you want and ask for it.Not sure if staff is knowledgeable, but they were nice.Owned by Canadian Tire, but a rebranded satellite store focusing on automotive products.Lots of parking.

Visited today to buy brake pads. The guy was very rude and told me to buy parts from some where else. He needs to change his behavior otherwise going to loose customers.

PartSource your reputation precedes you in a negative customer service experience I know on a parts retail business. Trying to find the engine oil that is on sale but they make me feel like I am stupid, empathy is not in their vocabulary. And the winner is Costco and Canadian Tire, better brand and bigger capacity, cheaper...
