Absolutely worst branch ever.
The tall young manager is the most arrogant people you can see
Extremely disrespectful, rude
Shame on t d this kind of people can work in this positions
I know many people canceling their account with this branch hence the reviews
TD Should train their staff

As a long time TD Customer, I have never been so disappointed in the customer service at this location. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere if you can, especially avoid booking with Crystal Hon. She was not professional, and did nothing to help and/provide any feedback when we asked questions.. We met with her for no more than 10 mins before I decided to take our things and go elsewhere, waste of time.

Walked in on a Friday afternoon and saw 3 tellers working while 20 people in line who have waited 25 mins already. Meanwhile there's a sign saying that they respect our time.
Looking to move my investments elsewhere.

horrible place. no one is working at the help & advice booth. one atm doesn't accept cash deposits, the other doesn't accept cheque deposits. when i try to deposit cash, the machine ate my card and the teller tells me nothing they could do, no assistance whatsoever. 10+ customers waiting in line, only 2-3 tellers working. i have never seen a td branch like this. highly recommend everyone to go to another branch.

The reps at this branch is always giving me trouble. I don’t understand how hard it is to process a simple transaction - why hire such incompetent staff.
I genuinely believe they lied to me saying “you need to book an appointment, I won’t be able to assist you” because they are LAZY and they don’t want to do any work near end of day.

Bad customer service. Last time I tried to open new account. I checked with online customer service said there is promotion if we deposit some money in chequing account will be no fees.
I drove to this branch and the front desk said there is no promotion and doesn’t matter how much deposit there still a fees. Even I want to open the investment direct account too. The attitude is not very nice. Well, I have no choice and didn’t join TD anymore.
I won’t go to this branch anymore.

I always come to the bank every 2 weeks to cash out my paycheck and never have a hassle until today. Cannot cash out cheque without diposting it first. When did this rule change, I have been going to this bank for over 5 years every 2 weeks like clockwork. If that's the case you should inform your staff better about this rules. I have a bank account with td and Scotiabank. I guess I'll drive out of my way to go back to Scotiabank.

Nothing could be done at the counter and they asked me to go to the side and make a phone call to handle it myself. Every time I went to the counter, I was really disappointed.

Slow response and staff wouldn't provide Branch Managers information when asked after the TD easy line asked i speak with Brach Manager about the matter.

Avoid booking appointment with Crystal Hon, was not helpful at all, did not read through what the appointment made was for and gave the worst customer service. Waste of time waiting past the appointment time to meet with her as she she has zero professionalism, also very lazy to help out. Worst experience at a td branch
