I always come to the bank every 2 weeks to cash out my paycheck and never have a hassle until today. Cannot cash out cheque without diposting it first. When did this rule change, I have been going to this bank for over 5 years every 2 weeks like clockwork. If that's the case you should inform your staff better about this rules. I have a bank account with td and Scotiabank. I guess I'll drive out of my way to go back to Scotiabank.

Slow response and staff wouldn't provide Branch Managers information when asked after the TD easy line asked i speak with Brach Manager about the matter.

Avoid booking appointment with Crystal Hon, was not helpful at all, did not read through what the appointment made was for and gave the worst customer service. Waste of time waiting past the appointment time to meet with her as she she has zero professionalism, also very lazy to help out. Worst experience at a td branch

I have the worst customer service with young lady who work as teller very unfriendly and rude.when I enter the bank try to make some change and the teller lady don’t have it and the young lady was impatient .As a long term td customer,it never happen before.please impove the customer service with the teller skill.customer is losing with worst service.

This was the closest TD while we were out, so we stopped in to use the ATMs. It's amusing how the ATM only gave out $5 bills when $20 bills were requested. We joined the very long queue to get this sorted out. The line was practically out the door at this point and moving extremely slowly. I didn't keep track of how long we waited, but with only three tellers working and one in training, it was a long and boring wait. The fact that the bank was closed the previous day could've added to how many people needed to see a teller.When we asked about why we were given only $5 bills when $20 bills were requested, we were told the machine must've run out of $20 bills. If that's the case, the machine should be able to register this and not have this option available.

This is TD Bank rating overall, gone are the days of good service. COVID-19 has become the excuse to say you need an appointment to do anything. You can't just walk in and open an account or get to your safety deposit box or buy a GIC. Now that things have somewhat normalized there is no excuse. In this bank branch there is 3 service desks that could be manned for basic banking services, the times I have been here there are all empty ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Imagine how many customers just come in and walk out unsatisfied?

Didn't think this location could get worse. Long line ups to the door, understaffed, tellers letting people cut the queue, no envelopes for cash withdrawals (seems like atleast 1 week going by other reviews).

This guy at the front desk, Luka, had terrible service. You don't give me an envelope to get money. Said there were no envelopes in the whole bank. The other man gave him the envelope. He thought I didn't see it. Still playing the fool
