Asian guy working the desk refuses to ever give a receipt and says use your tracking number which is inappropriate because if the package never makes it, it looks like I didn’t drop off the package at all. Other UPS locations and Canada Post will absolutely give you a receipt, as they should. Terrible business and very rude.

Refused to receive the drop off package for unacceptable reasons. And said going to put the packages out of the store. Don't even have a basic manner to customers. Don’t go to this store. Simply waste your time.

Save you time and your fuel. Never go to this UPS store, the Chinese guy refused to accept our return of Amazon parcel (carseat) just because it’s too big and will impact their business?! With Rude and ridiculous attitude, and said if we drop it off here, he will put it outside (of the store) cuz they don’t have space?! Which is a lie as we see they do have a lot of space available. We offered to manage the space for him and he still refused. What the hell? They choose the business and only prefer to accept the small and light stuff as a drop-off. So save your time and they are not in an ethical business. We will never back again.

Imagine being so cheap you can event get a drop off receipt and you tell customers “you can just check online”. Avoid this UPS store and go to the one on woodbine.

Visited to drop off an item and kindly requested a receipt but was declined one. Not sure of their store policies, but most other UPS will either give a receipt automatically or present one upon request. The attitude given was absurd. Lack of customer service. I won't return to this location for future mailing, postal supplies, or any other needs. Don't recommend this location. There are better operated UPS stores nearby.

The employee was very short with me. Makes the interaction as short as possible, doesn't want to answer any questions and is rude. No greeting when you come in. They dont give out any receipts for comfirming drop off. But other ups stores do. Try to avoid this location

I am giving a 5-star review for the UPS location in Unionville. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Leo, who was extremely professional and polite. There was no waiting time; I was in and out in three minutes. The place was very clean and filled with a positive atmosphere. Thank you, Leo, for making my transaction a pleasant experience.

I'm disappointed with the receptionist at this store, as I found his behavior to be rude. He refused to use my reusable bubble envelope, citing that UPS will not accept it, even though other stores have not had the same issue. Reluctantly, I had to purchase a new envelope from them to avoid wasting time going to another UPS store. Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of response to my questions. It's unfortunate that this situation occurred.

Wish there was an option for no stars for this review. I’ve never experience such bad attitude before. The Asian man in the glasses, has terrible attitude. Poor customer service skills. There is never a greeting, abrupt behaviour, short rude responses, totally unhelpful with a particular attitude that one can not shake off.
