The Asian man with glasses who works there is horrible, so much attitude and extremely rude. Feels like he is so miserable that he stuck there for the rest of his life.

Extremely bad attitude and service! It was a nightmare! I regretted that I didn’t see the comments before I go to this location! The man there is the rudest guy I have ever met. He asked me to pay $2 to seal the plastic bag! When I told him other locations never asked to pay for taping. He got almost angry and said: “Then how can we make money? We only got paid $0.5 from UPS for each parcel ” I don’t know what to say… He ruined my day and absolutely never come back again!

The worst location I’ve ever been. They charge to put labels on! You really need those money to get rich right? The tape must be too expensive to run the business

The young guy with glasses has an attitude problem. He refuses to print receipts even I told him I needed proof of shipment. On one occasion, I have an international package with an commercial invoice. He said he'd handle it but it ended up getting stuck in customs becuase no invoice was attached. Very disappointing.

Quick return of an Amazon purchase. Plenty of parking and being first in the door... no line up. I was in and out in less than a minute.

My shipment got delayed due to a mishandling by the same man with glasses that everyone here is complaining about.I came to the shop with my package along with the shipping label and commercial invoice, and asked if he can provide me a pocket to hold them all. All he did was complaining about me not taping all of them on the box "as per shipping instruction". He then taped my shipping label across the package (while continue complaining), and threw the commercial invoice underneath the counter. I did not know the process so I blindly trust that he would handle the commercial invoice for me and left the shop. Few days later when I track my package, it was held up at the facility because of missing commercial invoice! This man knew those were commercial invoice because he mentioned it in his complaint about the invoice size being hard to tape, but he deliberately throwing them away! Clearly this person has some integrity issue and not only typical customer service issue! AVOID!

Echoing all the other reviewers, the Asian guy is incredibly rude. I am Asian as well so it isn't a racial thing, he just simply hates his job. I live one minute from here and rather go out of my way to the Denison and Woodbine location instead.

Super rude Chinese male with glasses. Never talks with manner, no matter in Mandarin or English. Throws packages around. I won’t call it service. Shame. Hard to imagine what kind of difficulties he experienced in his entire life that made his way of treating people like this.

Similar to everyone else, the service at this location is shockingly bad, as in it feels like I’m doing something wrong by simply stepping into the store.There was a shelf near the counter that had a ton of random one off pens, so I thought they were for us to use.The pens didn’t work (they were the cheapest ones you can find).Attendant shouts out those pens are for sale. Oops, my apologies. It’s placed in a box with all random cheap looking pens, thought it was for use, especially since none of them worked, lol.Not a big issue.My package had a customs invoice taped to the front as instructed by Amazon. He starts questioning where’s my shipping label as if it was an interrogation.There were two sides. It was basically on the other side so if he just lifted it up instead of giving me a rude tone, or just simply asked, it would’ve been a normal interaction.Still shocked at how bad of an experience a simple drop off could be.

The asian man with glasses working at receptionist was the rudest you can encounter. He has nothing better to do with his time than to ruin your day by not letting you retrieve your package with an electronic ID. I’ve used my electronic ID before at other UPS locations and NEVER have I encountered this issue. Do you think I want your dirty hands touching my physical ID when there’s COVID? It was clearly a use of power trip. This individual deserves to be fired and if he’s the owner there, GO FIND A HOBBY. No wonder you guys have a 2.9 star review. Suggestion is for them to shut down already, clearly not serving the community any good.

I had been in this place several times, but not again. The owner(I believe he is, even he said he is not) would give you an attitude. He just looking at you without an answer when I asked where should I put down some of my Amazon packages. It looks like he was saying "You are not welcome here".
