“This guy is amazing! Super friendly individual with a great sense of humour. The hours aren’t always accurate, but I’m sure most small town shops are a little loose with their times. However, I went in on a hunt for beef tallow and found it. I’d asked many different butchers across the GTA for tallow, but many didn’t know what that even was. But this Meat Merchant in Uxbridge not only knew about, but all its great uses as well! He also spoke of other local ladies needing it. Furthermore, I saw that this shop contained a variety of different meats from different cuts of pork and beef. I’ll definitely return when I’m next in Uxbridge!”

“Just came here for the first time as I was looking for bone marrow for a recipe, and I was stunned at the high quality of the meats. Just visually the marbling on their cuts of steak was phenomenal, at market value prices. Not to mention that staff was super nice and attentive and even cut my marrow into halves for me.
