If I could give more than 5 stars , I truly would!..
I would like to share my wonderful experience at this place. I am retired now, and for more than a year I tried to submit my estimate to my insurance company. Unfortunately, I was refused three times, and it was very discouraging.
Then I met this amazing lady (Roan) here .She went far beyond her duty and took my case to heart. Even though she didn't have to, she personally negotiated with my insurance company. She never gave up! never showed boredom, and always welcomed me with a happy smile. She promised me she would do her best and she truly did....
This week , Thanks to her hard work, my insurance finally approved my benefits. She prepared everything for me and in just two minutes everything was done. I'm so grateful for her dedication, kindness and genuine care for people's health. She's a true professional and wonderful human being.

Best place to get CPAP supplies in Durham!! The staff are always friendly, helpful, and are very knowledgeable. The prices are far more reasonable than competitors in south Durham (Picking/Ajax/Whitby/Oshawa. We have looked around and could not find a better combination of pricing and knowledge.
We drive here from Ajax, about 30 minutes away, and could not be happier with them. I highly recommend them.
