“I was parked out in the parking lot and the UPS guy saw me struggling to get out of my car and using my cane(bad knee), and he came out to the parking lot and grabbed my package(the box;get your minds out of the gutter!)
And every other time I drop off, they help me with labeling or taping the box better,etc.
